Although no odor issue was reported during or after your stay, we took immediate action and had our vendor thoroughly inspect the unit. We also updated our cleaning procedure to ensure the unit is always properly aired out after every cleaning. This added step has helped maintain a consistently fresh and pleasant atmosphere for future guests.

It’s great to hear that the comfortable bed and spacious layout met all of your family’s needs! Regarding the dish soap, our cleaner confirmed on October 27 that the soap supply was full, so it was available for guest use. Look under the sink. We keep our bathroom vent on a regular cleaning schedule to ensure freshness, and we also deep cleaned the carpets with steam treatment recently to maintain their quality. Additionally, all pillows are in great shape and protected with clean covers to offer a cozy and hygienic stay. The central location truly offers the best of both worlds, allowing guests to relax or dive into the vibrant local scene. We appreciate your patience with the dryer. We have since ensured it is functioning perfectly, verified on July 7th. We are committed to maintaining all appliances in excellent condition to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting how much you enjoyed our excellent San Clemente home, the convenient access to shops and the beach, and the fantastic full kitchen. Future guests will be glad to know the home offers all of these great features. Regarding the towels, all bath linens were brand-new as of October 2025, so the comment about them being old is incorrect. They are Full-sized bath towels. For the brightness in the den, we upgraded the entire unit with brand-new blackout curtains on December 4, 2025, which completely resolves this concern. Guests can now enjoy a peaceful and cozy sleeping environment. During that installation, all blinds were thoroughly cleaned as well. As for the washer and dryer, they are fully available for guest use in the building and clearly shown in our Home Guide. Reading the guide makes it easy to locate and use all amenities throughout the home. We’re glad you had a good stay overall, and we’d love to host you again whenever you return to sunny San Clemente!

We agree that the location is key and that having our AC is a convenient comfort and are glad to hear you enjoyed it during your visit. Thanks so much for your feedback regarding the plugs, though we hope you understand there's not much we are able to do to change the available outlets in the unit as this has not been feedback we have ever received from past guests. We have also shared your feedback regarding the quantity of toilet paper and bath towels to ensure that there are an appropriate amount of these amenities offered for future guests and so that the unit is aired out in between each group of guests to mitigate any stagnant smells. Extra toilet paper is stored under the kitchen sink. Extra towels are provided in the open closet. It is our goal to curate a comfortable atmosphere for our guests through our high-quality furnishings and amenities. We hope to welcome you back for a future stay!
