This place was wonderful for my husband and I. Clean, beyond quiet, and we enjoyed the balcony at 6am when the rest of life still seemed to be asleep, at 3pm basking in the sun, or in the evening watching surfers and the business of life. The walk to the beach just down the street was great and being able to hear the waves from home was the sugar on top. Thank you for a great stay.

We have stayed in rentals all over the States and abroad. I have to say this was the best ever! The hosts have thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay from the kitchen to the beach! You can’t beat the location to the beach, dining and shopping. Everything is walkable or San Clemente has a free trolly to get you there! We booked for just 2 nights but as soon as we arrived, we added an extra day. I could stay here a month or the whole summer!

I would highly recommend this property! It was incredibly clean, and the hosts were very communicative with no issues at all. The location is perfect—walkable to shopping, great restaurants, and Casa Romantica. It's also very close to the pier and beach, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. The view from the property is amazing, too! My sister and I had the best birthday getaway here

The condo was so adorable and had any and all amenities we could want or need. Loved the view, the sound of the ocean and all the options for an enjoyable vacation one would want. They gave us suggestions of things to do and places to go. So much fun!!

Beautiful condo in perfect location with amazing views of the sunset. The host, Cathy, was gracious and even dropped off a travel crib and toys for our grandchild. This is the most welcoming VRBO we've stayed at and has above and beyond amenities.

Great place and location

We had a great stay at this condo, the views of the ocean were relaxing and the location was perfect - just a short walk to both the beach or to some great shops and restaurants downtown. The condo had everything we needed and the hosts gave us some great food suggestions and were very friendly.

What a great place to stay and the view is beautiful. Difinetly stay more than one night. Clean and comfortable with lots of air with great ocean sounds to sleep too. So easy to walk to pier and short drive to town. Thanks again.

We had an amazing stay at Peter and Cathy’s San Clemente penthouse! The location is right next to the pier, and a short walk to downtown San Clemente. If you grabbed some groceries before you arrived, you wouldn’t even need a car. Sometimes a location like this can be loud, but Peter and Cathy have done a great job with the building in that we never heard our neighbors and really only heard the occasional skateboarder or car. And we could easily hear the waves! So cool!Peter and Cathy were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We will absolutely be back…a really really great experience!

Great Location and Space

The condo was in a great location with great views from the balcony! A couple blocks from the beach and downtown area with bars/restaurants. Everything was clean and had all the amenities you would need.

One of the nicest rentals we’ve done. Every detail thought out, all the beach gear you could possibly need. Tastefully decorated and good use of the space, beautiful view, perfect location!

Long Weekend in San Clemente

Condo was clean and in great shape. Owners were quick in their replies to our questions and concerns. The included amenities were great. We were able to use the included bicycles and beach chairs. Even tried out the Murphy bed one night and that was comfortable. We definitely rent this again when in town

We had a wonderful 5-star stay! The location couldn’t be better—very close to the beach and town, with beautiful ocean views. We walked to the beach and the town multiple times each day with a toddler and infant to give an idea of how walkable the area is. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, which made traveling with young kids so easy. The ocean was perfect for our family, and the free trolley access made exploring the area a breeze without ever having to use our car. The Murphy bed was a fantastic feature, giving us two king-size beds so our family of four was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
