REMODELED 2 BED/2 BATH CONDO ACROSS FROM KAM3 BEACH W/ OCEAN VIEW

Maui Parkshore at 2653 South Kihei Road is located in the heart of South Kihei just a step away from some of the best beaches Maui has to offer. Its convenient location is also a walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, tourist gift shops, and a health food store! The complex offers a beautiful 40’ x 20’ swimming pool, BBQ areas, and shuffleboard court.
THE ENTIRE UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IN THE WINTER OF 2018: Plastered ceiling and walls, tiled lanai, new vinyl flooring in the whole unit, tiled walk-in showers, bamboo kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops, new stainless appliances, and island/beach style furnishing. Both bedrooms have PORTABLE A/C units and ceiling fans, the new king and queen mattresses.
The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable, internet/WiFi, and radio, ceiling fan, but no A/C unit. The condo #205 is located on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool with the ocean view. Our unit is the only one at the Maui Parkshore complex with a double lanai. Our complex also has an elevator access to all floors.

We’ve stayed in Maui many times and we must say that this was our favorite!!! First, this property has a spirit of the 70’s, not just because it was built then, but because you can sense by every single person you meet here that there a spirit of joy and lightness of heart and yes pride. From the start of communication with the owner Katrina to the communication with the property manager, who is so very kind and smart and loves this property and those who visit, and also to the amazing caretakers and groundskeepers. We have never ever had the sense of such joy, love, and respect. In addition, we were blown away by the condo itself. It was so well appointed and clean too. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved that no matter where we were we could see the ocean magically as there are mirrors so thoughtfully installed. Also, we said many times while we were there that we had never ever been so at peace as to not be anxious to get out and about or go to the beach as we could see it and loved watching people walk about and go their way. This location is also in our opinion the best in Kihei. Kam 3 has the best coral and the best snorkeling as well and is so close to shopping and food. All in all we were so very happy with this beautiful condo and how clean and updated it was….oh and the bed and pillows and air conditioning in the bedroom was just wonderful!! Thank you so much Katrina for everything. You are absolutely amazing and your condo is perfect!

This was a great condo! We really enjoyed how close to the beach and good restaurants it is. We also enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen (not food but all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to cook our own food) and the beach chairs that were available for us to use. The beds were comfortable, the interior of the unit was nice, and the condo complex was quiet and well maintained. If it is available, I will definitely stay here again.

We've been coming to kihei for a while now and stayed all up and down the main drag. This is by far the most spacious 2b/2ba condo we've stayed at. Our host was very communicative when we needed and kind. Would recommend this place if you're looking to relax!

Famil trip to Maui

The condo was perfect for us for a quick stay in Maui. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and lots of walking distance restaurants! Catching a sunset across the street was beautiful! Check-in and check-out was super easy.

Amazing location!

A treasure for location and ease of access - swimming and fantastic sunset views are directly across the street. The pool is a wonderful perk and the property owner is very prompt in responding to any questions. All very enjoyable. We found the furniture to be variably comfortable.

Just what we needed

We had 2 couples staying here for 4 nights and it was just what we needed. 2 bed 2 bath combo was perfect so we didn’t have to share a bathroom. Kitchen was nicely updated, had a washer and dryer onsite, and a huge balcony. Loading parking area was great to not have to carry everything out to the lot. Unit is Around the corner from the main entrance and elevators, and directly across from the pool. Walk across the street and you’re in Kamaole 3 park, perfect sunsets. TV remote setup was a bit awkward, we couldn’t get it to work but communicated that

Great Intro to the Kihei area!

This was our first trip to Maui, and we spent a lot of time looking at places to stay. We were very pleased with the Maui Parkshore condos and Katarina's unit. We arrived late, close to 11PM and Lisa Sue, the condo manager, was still there and expecting us. She made us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. The place was as advertised, remodeled, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the day before we arrived, there was a huge storm and extensive flooding in the Kihei area, and the beaches were closed for 4 days or our 5 days on Kihei. Still, we had a great time and altered our activities. We did whale watching and a Molokini snorkel trip from the Kihei small boat harbor, which was a short from the condo. Whales galore to watch from shore too, glad we brought the binoculars. A five to ten-minute walk north from the condo was lots of dining and shopping options. We would definitely stay here again, thanks for the comfortable place to stay.

Family Vacation

We loved the location of the condo as it was right across the street from a great beach. We intended for this vacation to be “easy” so we didn’t make a bunch of plans for outings or even rent a car! Our plans were to swim, snorkel, and lounge all day, on the beach or poolside. Which is exactly what we did. The condo had beach chairs, some snorkel gear, pool noodles, and a boogie board! The beach is so close that we were able to go back to the condo for lunch and then go back to the beach afterwards. We ordered groceries from Safeway and had them delivered which was budget-friendly and convenient. We got dinner and lunch out once and those restaurants were in walking distance. Also, shaved ice, açaí bowels, and cute shops within walking distance. We took a Lyft/Uber up to the Maui Ocean Center for a half day outing. That was about 25 min drive so not too bad. If you’re not used to the heat/humidity, you can request fans to help circulate the cool air from the a/c units in the bedrooms. We were comfortable. Overall, awesome trip, perfect for what we planned and wanted to do. We will definitely go back.

Paradise accommodations

There’s not enough I can say about how amazing this property is! Everything about the Condo and location was perfect for our Maui experience. The Beach access across the street was such a treat, the on sight Property Manager was so sweet and helpful it was a comfort. The Condo is gorgeous, the sweeping view and beautiful Kitchen and bathrooms was a treat for us as our home is vintage and not updated we loved the modern amenities! The beach gear was appreciated and so enjoyed using it all! Katrina was in touch and available immediately if needed and made us feel welcomed. Mahalo to the owners and manager for the hospitality it was our once in a lifetime dream vacation for our family and this Property made it perfect! 🥰❤️🌺🌸

friendly condo w ocean/sunset views

We were in Maui for a family wedding and this cozy condo was perfectly located on the beach with a pool. The age range of our family is 7.5 to 78 so it was perfect and accessible for everyone. The pool, BBQ area and having ocean views from the patio really made our time around the apartment relaxing! We would definitely come back!

Great location and well stocked

Location: across the street from Kam III. Close to Wailea, 5 min drive, ~ 45 min walk. Property: clean and well appointed. AC in the bedroom was nice. Large sliding doors leading out to the lanai were great and were we spent most of our time; no need to be inside. Over all property was also well maintained. BBQs were great. Communication: Katarina was great; very responsive. Highly recommend.

Very nice, modern condo, with everything you'll need!

Very nice place, modern and clean. NO BUGS, which is a first in many years. The location is great if you like being in Kihei but not so great if you don't like the noise of being in Kihei... Well stocked with beach gear to borrow, as well as lots of kitchen necessities like condiments, spices, oils, etc, which really saves a bunch of unnecessary grocery shopping!

Great stay

Excellent location in Kihei, the place was super clean (I'm picky). Katarina was very attentive, would answer messages quickly and even checked in on us to see how we were doing! I would highly recommend this condo and you will thoroughly enjoy your time in Maui, like us.

Well stocked condo by the beaches

Lived up to our expectations for a great vrbo stay. Very close to multiple beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and food trucks. The Maui parkshore community is very clean with a very good swimming pool. The unit is clean and remodeled but could use new cooking utensils and mattresses. The host was very responsive and took care of anything issues however small. The window ac units made the evenings comfortable for us. They're loud but no different than other window units. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again in future. I recommend getting a small to mid sized car because the parking spots are a bit smaller and it's easy to get boxed by adjacent vehicles.

Fun in Kihei!

Overall our stay was good and the property was fine. The manager was great and responded quickly to our requests/concerns. The overall appearance of this property on the VRBO site made it looked more updated than we found it. Small things like the quality of towels and linens are details that could be improved. The outdoor area furniture is more worn out than it appeared in the photos etc.

Wonderful condo!

Wonderful property in a great location! The condo had a all we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Little shops and restaurants around were great places to visit. Communication with property manager was quick and easy. Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

Great Stay in Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katarina’s condo in Kihei. Fantastic location with an ocean view and a short walk to Kam III and the little shops. The unit was as described - very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We particularly appreciated all the beach gear! The complex itself was also well taken care of and the pool was another great option. Katarina was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Jim and Katarina - we have been blessed to call Maui our home for more than 30 years. Our 19 and 17-year-old daughters have been born and raised on the island. We are a very active family who enjoys a wide variety of sports from land to sea. We love the ocean from surfing, swimming, to tennis, pickleball, and playing golf. Maui is a perfect place for our family to live as the weather allows us to enjoy all these fun activities. We purchased the unit in July 2018 and completed the remodel in December 2018.
