Perfect location with a great view. This was our second time staying at this location and we will definitely be back. Plenty of room for the family and a great patio to enjoy an after dinner cocktail.

Great friendly responsive host, great location within the complex and within Kihei. Walking distance to beaches parks restaurants etc. nice complex with beautiful grounds and large pool and bbq pits and tennis and pickleball courts. Would stay here again.

Host was great, beds were super comfy, clean and it was close to amenities, nice quiet area, just minutes from the beach. Pool and games area was a bonus, condo had beach chairs, wagon, toys - really convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The communication with the host was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family was very satisfied with our stay this trip. We have come to Kamaole Sands two previous times and this unit has been the best by far. Everything was in great shape. The cleanliness was excellent. The extra large balcony and phenomenal view of the grounds and ocean was a bonus. They also had 6 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, a wagon and buckets and shovels. We would definitely come back.

We have always stayed at KS and this unit had the best view by far. Kitchen well equipped, beds very comfortable, and all the beach gear supplied. Our host was quick to respond to all my questions. Thank you for everything! Looking forward to our next visit, Mahalo!

The Condo was great - it was clean, well appointed (although we didn't use any of the kitchen appliances as we went out to eat all meals) there appeared to be all the things one would need to prepare meals for their family. The designated parking space was great as well. The host was extremely responsive and gave me wonderful suggestions on places to visit as well as restaurants.I highly recommend this unit.

Had a great time. The ocean view was amazing and you could see whales right from the units lanai. The host was very helpful. It is an older unit but nice clean and the grounds were a great place for families. My boys played a lot of ping pong, enjoyed the pool and the unit had beach chairs and an umbrella that we put to good use. It also had beach towels which was nice. Would go again and the location was perfect. Right across from a beautiful beach.

Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands. The size of the unit and location to the beach was ideal for our family of 6. Would definitely recommend this place!

A perfect family vacay

Can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay! The condo was perfect for us. The beds were so comfortable even the pull out! The proximity to the beach and resort amenities made it an unforgettable trip! Will be back!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and close to the Kam 3 beach across S Kihei Road. The Lanai had a good view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Great breeze with the trade winds. Ceiling fans made it comfortable. The sinks in bathrooms and kitchen could use updating. Kitchen knives were pretty dull.

Great Location

We loved the location of the condo. It has an awesome view and was close to our favorite beaches and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. It's a great value for the price.

Beautiful Grounds

Condo was in the perfect location. Sunrise and sunsets could be seen from the lanai.

Great Stay

Very nice condo with great view. Only thing could be better is if the shower had a rack on shower head for soap and other products.
