A central spot, great for longer stays, up to 29 nights.
Studio-style 1bed/1bath with gas fireplace, full size kitchen, 2-headed shower.
Queen sized bed. Fold out sofa.
Gas stove, dishwasher. Washer/dryer.
WiFi. Smart TV to access your Netflix, AmazonPrime, etc.
ADA toilet, 32" - 36" doors, and only a couple low steps.

Located in Portland's Alberta Arts district, and less than a mile from the Williams Avenue & Mississippi Avenue areas.
Easy access to the Oregon Convention Center.
On TriMet #6 bus line.

Please Note - this is a basement apartment with 6'8" ceilings. Some areas soffited at approx 6'2".

Everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, many stores within walking distance, clean, layout great. Liked the labels on the light switches... made it easy.

A beautiful little downstairs apartment to stay in while doing your thing in Portland. This is my third stay and I have enjoyed myself each and every time. Most importantly parking is easy and plentiful. The neighbourhood may not be upscale but the neighbours are good.

If this spacious vacation rental is available, avoid hotels unless you absolutely need housekeeping services or need to be on-site for a convention or other event. If you have a car, you don't have to pay exorbitant hotel parking fees. Plus it's usually cheaper to take a ride share to a convention location than pay for daily parking.And restaurant options in the area are outstanding. And don't forget that Oregon does not tax restaurant meals.You can't go wrong staying here for either business or pleasure.

The apartment was clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay greatly. The home is very near many wonderful shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely. I highly recommend the home if you are going to be in the area.

Amazing stay!!

We came into Portland for a tour and landed here. We had an amazing and peaceful time here to stay. Quiet neighborhood to relax while in Portland.

This was one of the best equipped, best organized rentals I've stayed in. Everything was labeled, printed instructions were thorough, and I lacked for nothing for an extremely comfortable stay. It is also a very spacious studio. Communication with the host was great. The location was also perfect. The neighborhood offers tons of options for food shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc.

This was a great place to stay for my Portland trip! The place was clean and inviting, and Lesli was great at keeping up communication leading up to our stay. All the check-in and check-out instructions were extremely clear.

Perfect location and comfortable bed

This place was perfect --- clean, comfortable, great location. Also, Leslie was quick to get back to us with any questions. If we come back to Portland, we would surely try to stay here again. Best VRBO we have stayed at.

Check-in and check-out was easy-peasy. Kitchen facilities were better than good, they were excellent. ( Coffee grinder was my everyday gadget )
