Esta casa ha pertenecido a mi familia durante 25 años. Me emociona brindarles a otras familias la oportunidad de crear recuerdos aquí, tal como yo lo hice al visitar a mis abuelos durante mi infancia.

Disfrute de su estadía en esta comunidad privada con acceso controlado, a poca distancia en auto de las atracciones y playas de Front Beach Road, pero lo suficientemente alejada para disfrutar de privacidad y tranquilidad. Tiene capacidad para hasta 10 personas en tres habitaciones (1 cama king, 1 cama queen, 2 camas matrimoniales) y un sofá cama. Está justo enfrente de la piscina privada de la comunidad y a poca distancia a pie del parque acuático Shipwreck Island; ¡sin tener que preocuparse por el estacionamiento! **TENGA EN CUENTA QUE PARA LAS RESERVAS ENTRE EL 1 DE NOVIEMBRE Y EL 28 DE FEBRERO, LA PISCINA PERMANECERÁ CERRADA DURANTE LA TEMPORADA**

Restaurantes a poca distancia a pie de Middle Beach Road: Another Broken Egg Cafe y Bella Roma Tuscan Grill. A un corto trayecto en coche de los favoritos locales, como Firefly, Bayou on the Beach, Saltwater Grill, Lotus Cafe, Oceans Bar and Grill y Beef O'Brady's. Loved the house, location, and excellent communication. Would visit again in a heartbeat! Thankful for the little things that really helped our trip go well. The few toys in garage for the beach were so nice! The cooler a godsend. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

loved this beach house! my kids had a blast. the frogs on the front/ back porch were a hit with the littles. the pool was super convenient. nothing was too terribly far from front beach road/beaches. would book again.

Very easy to check in and out. Its location was very convenient for everything we needed access too. The blankets were something my mother raved about. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Rental close to the beach

The house was a nice 3 bedroom,2 bathroom. Perfect for our family and close to the beach without being on Beach Front Rd which is so busy and noisy.

It was great. The picture is a little deceiving as it's not near the ocean and the pool is closed this time of year. But all in all it was a very nice stay.

This house is lovely. The pictures don't do it justice! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for my family and me. The location is very convenient for the pool and local attractions.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back to book this home in the future! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location especially if you have children! Highly recommend!

Stay was great. Place had all the amenities needed to function like a home away from home. Close to all the action yet far enough to not be affected by the action! Highly recommended.

Loved this house!

We are from Oklahoma. My son played in a little league world series there in PCB. The house was clean, close to the fields, and other attractions. It was nice, after a long hot day at the ballpark, to come back to place that felt like home. Loved the little yard and pond next to the house. Liked that it was a gated community and close to the pool. Definitely will stay again and recommend this property to anyone! Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy your home!

Guys fishing trip.

We have been coming down for 6 years now to fish. This property was the cleanest we have had. If your looking for a place that’s close to the beach, affordable and plenty of room, I would strongly suggest looking at this property. The owner was on point if we needed him and helped us to the best of his abilities if something came up.

Exactly what I expected

I wanted a place away from the crowded craziness off the condos and front beach road. This house was perfect…. Strongly recommend it. Visit St Andrew State Park Beach as well. Less crowded and just as beautiful. James (host) was great and just a text away if needed.

Great house

We had a great time here, the owner supplies a large collection of dvds of all genres, very clean home. Very nice location, reccomend trying "Another Broken Egg Cafe" within walking distance. Sometimes you can hear frogs in the small clearing right next to the house, we had so much fun finding frogs. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Our only complaint is the master bedroom king size bed was terribly uncomfortable for my partner and I.

Great location!

Family of 7-great location and 5 min drive to the beach. I suggest Public Access number 40. Beside Burger King. You pay for parking but worth it. Doesn’t cost much. We would swim in the pool earlier in the day and beach evening. Less traffic flow then. It was perfect. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and the beach 10- 15 min walk.
