A very nice rental house. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. I’ve stayed at a few rentals in this region and this was at the upper end quality wise. Nice location right next to beach.

We have been coming to Folly for years, this was our favorite house. It was extremely comfortable for our entire family and guests. We spent most of our non beach time enjoying the amazing deck. Thanks, we will be back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The house was perfect and so spacious for our family and fur babies. The porches were just beautiful and such a short walk to the beach and 1 mile from downtown Folly. We can't wait to book again!

Family Long Weekend Getaway

Great location at the beach with easy access to Charleston. Phenomenal accommodations with plenty of gathering space and bedroom privacy. Second time staying here and enjoyed both visits very much! Luxury Simplified Retreats made our stay very easy! Would recommend their properties highly!

Property is very spacious and great location in Folly Beach. If you want to go to Charleston it was only a 25 minute drive away and very convenient. Host offers a lot of help with extra items you may need as well. We did not use the service and just did it on our own but it's a nice bonus if you want things taken care of upon arrival.

Gorgeous property, well located, with plenty of space. Super comfortable with great indoor and outdoor living spaces. A bit challenging communications with the property manager (kept messaging on VRBO and they'd respond in texts that looked like spam). Otherwise wonderful stay - highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. We all had room to be together as well as privacy. Means everything to bring our pet and we were close to the beach. One of our best vacations.

Fantastic Family Time at Folly Beach

After having to cancel a cruise at the last minute, we lucked into finding BoBo’s Beach Bucket at Folly Beach SC through Vrbo. The large, spacious, comfortably grand house was perfect for our three generation family. We loved our week at Folly Beach and will be returning.

Great Southern house

We loved this house. Great location to the beach. The deck we spent the most time enjoying. I loved to large hallways and great spaces inside this house. I would love to come back again.

Wonderful Property

The home was as described online. Beautiful, spacious clean home. The family traveled from throughout the U.S. and we were all very pleased with the property and location to the beach access. Traveling with a small child and having the beach access was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous, Peaceful Beach Getaway

Beautiful home with very spacious common areas. Large, peaceful porches for sipping coffee and unwinding. Huge comfy couch and large dining table and island for socializing and hanging out. Relaxing decor and tranquil bedrooms. Perfect location for a quiet friend getaway or family vacation.

Great house with a perfect location

Great house with a perfect location - close enough to walk to Center St and all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the action that the beach is uncrowded. The decks are perfect for enjoying the views, and there's a public beach access 50 feet away. The house has a great open-concept layout and the kitchen and bathrooms are all newer.

Perfect Get Away!

What a beautiful house! The house was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family get away for ages ranging from 9 to 79. Beach was right across the street and local shopping and restaurants about a mile down the road. Highly recommend!

Family reunion

Bobo’s Beach Bucket is a dream home. Luxurious, spacious and comfortable for large families. The home has large bedrooms and bathrooms. The main living area is open concept and perfect for entertaining. Convenient location to activities. Would definitely rent again

Looks just like the pictures!

Beautiful home with plenty of space! Amazing, spacious kitchen and living room. Beautiful decks, well appointed bathrooms. Huge laundry room. Also a small living room than can work as an office if needed. We’ll be back!

As promised

Lovely property in Folly beach. House was spacious, quiet and clean. Views of the beach and ocean from many rooms. Nice walk from the house into town each day with our dog. No hiccups with communication between leasing company. A bit impersonal as this property is managed by a company rather than a homeowner but not unusual in this day and age. Would certainly stay again.

Wonderful couples get away.

This house was perfect for a couples get away. We had a lovely stay. The house does have some costal and rental wear. We notified the property manager of several cosmetic items that were in need of replacement and/or repair. The house had easy access to the beach. We wanted golf carts for travel to and from restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the company that manages the property had great communication, set up, and check out process. Highly recommend this house!
