North Shore PL 305 is a warm and welcoming Hilton Head vacation home. Just inside the front entry are a formal dining area on one side, with a table and chairs for six, and several closets on the other side, one of which has a convenient stack washer/dryer. This area flows into a galley-style kitchen with all full-size appliances, and a curved dining/serving counter with five barstools.

The living room features a stylish seating group, an entertainment center with 58” flat screen, CD system, and a door to the outside balcony, which has two lounge chairs and a dining table for four.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 40" TV, a door to the balcony, and a private bath with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two double beds, an armoire with 32” TV, DVD player, and a private bath.

North Shore Place is a beautiful new complex in North Forest Beach, just across the street from the ocean and beside Coligny Plaza. The complex features a 4th floor rooftop pool, a landscaped inner courtyard, and beach access through the Sea Crest complex across the street, as well as use of Sea Crest's oceanfront guest pool.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the world-famous beach, the bustling Coligny plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

North Shore allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.
