We had a wonderful Girls Weekend. There were 13 of us, and there was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The property is well-maintained. It's an old house with lots of interesting details!

This was the PERFECT spot for our trip. The property was gorgeous, clean, and well thought out. Theres was so much space and the hot tub/sauna was a perfect touch. Check in/out was seamless and communication with the host was so easy. I’d gladly recommend this place for any big group wanting to enjoy the beauty of the Catskills!

Everything was clean and neat but aged. Had to wait on Hot tub to be cleaned but did get to use within 24 hours of arriving. Loved the kitchen . the space was just what we looked for lots of bedrooms and baths. Made good use of sitting areas and dinning room large enough for table games

My group was blown away by the space and the peaceful grounds and felt so incredibly lucky to spend a long weekend here. Everything was spacious and considered.

Incredible home, incredible host! We enjoyed a weekend at Pine Hill to snowboard at nearby Belleayre. Coming back to this home, we enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and lovely fireplace(s). Comfortable for groups.

Stayed in house with 3 families total and felt like there was enough space for everyone to have privacy but still enjoy common areas together. Host was very responsive.

We had another amazing stay. Mella was an amazing host from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. We are already looking forward to 2026's weekend family getaway and being able to once again enjoy this one of kind property!

The house was spacious and clean and the property was beautiful. There were plenty of clean linens and towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was exactly as described -- a restored farm house with renovation work on-going -- but it was comfortable and cozy and well decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna which were nice modern touches, and the kitchen was fabulous for cooking. We had a bad storm our last night there and the power was out for several hours, but Mella was super helpful in getting us updates on the repairs and directing us to some emergency lighting supplies. I did reach out to Mella several times during the week with questions and she was super quick to respond and very helpful. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we would definitely consider coming here again.

Great family place

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our whole family. Close to Belleayre and 30 mins from Hunter.

Great stay for a big group

We just got back from a great stay with a few other families and their kids and had the best time. This is our second time staying here and it’s exactly as we remembered which was great, but it’s even better now with the new sauna - which was AMAZING! I would recommend this home to anyone and cannot wait to book it again next year!

Mella’s property was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The historic nature of the building was appreciated by everyone, and our group felt like we were staying in our own private in tucked away in the country. All the extra perks of a hot tub, sauna, fire pit,…added to the experience. This would be the place we’d stay if we returned to the Catskills.

Amazing Stay

We had a great time during 4th of July weekend. We were a large family but fit comfortably with 8 rooms , each room was nicely organized and the outside area of the house is unreal. If you like nature then this is the place for you. We loved it!

Beautiful time in the Catskills

We had an amazing time Labor Day weekend! The weather was great. We went to Caterskills waterfalls which was amazing. A must see and the nearby beach was also very nice. The house was very clean & well kept with all the amenities. Made it a great stay!

New Years Family Trip

Best Weekend Gateway

This place has everything you need for a gateway, very spacious, perfect size kitchen, rooms are cozy and large and the location is perfect. will definitely recommend and will return for sure, thank you for making my bday trip memorable.

I brought a group of 12 friends here for my 40th birthday celebration, and we really enjoyed this home and property! Common spaces are large and have lots of comfortable seating. My group really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna on premises. We had a small dishwasher issue while we were there and it was fixed in short order by a friendly and pleasant handyman. Great communication with the host as well! Strongly recommend staying here with a large group.

Amazing and ideal catskill location

This place is amazing- historic but updated to be so comfy and enjoyable. Great place to spend time cooking, hanging out and relaxing! everyone can have their privacy and also hang out as a group. can't say enough great things.
