BRIGHT AND AIRY BEACH HOME JUST ONE BLOCK FROM BEACH ACCESS WITH A PRIVATE POOL!

Newly redecorated! This adorable three-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect family getaway for everyone. This pet-friendly home offers a small private pool and plenty of professionally landscaped outside space for soaking up the Florida sunshine! With the beach only a block away on a very quiet street, you'll be soaking up the sun and playing in the sand before you know it! This home is also close to plenty of restaurants and activities.

Walking into the home the fully equipped kitchen will be to your right. To your left is a large dining table for dinners together or family game night! Step into the living room and relax on the brand new sofas and watch the game on the large screen TV. Just behind the living area is the downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV. Just outside that bedroom is the guest bathroom with stand alone shower and washer and dryer in the closet. Step back out into the living room and walk up the stairs to the second master bedroom which has a king bed, flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. Just down the hall is the full over full bunk bedroom with twin trundle and flat screen TV. This home offers a deck to sit and relax off the front main level, a small deck off the master overlooking the private pool and providing a partial sound view, and a second story deck off the 2nd upstairs bedroom providing a partial gulf view. Complimentary WiFi is included.

Loved it!

I stayed at this amazing beach home with one pup and 4 family members. The layout was perfect for us, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect- one block from the beach! We cooked lasagna for everyone and had everything we needed. My pup loved the secure backyard!! Highly recommend!!!!

The perfect escape

Great Spot for the family!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a very good location but upon the arrival the door facing was off on the south bedroom door. I immediately reported it to the property manager. There were several other issues but since it was Thanksgiving decided just to deal with it. There were a couple of safety issues also and upon checking out gave the list to the property manager

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful 4th of July vacation! The house could use a little updating for sure. The refrigerator is a little old and the ice maker doesn't drop ice from the front door. You have to put a cup inside and scoop ice out. Also, not sure what can be done but you cannot open the freezer door all the way because of the wall. This makes it difficult to get things in and out of the freezer. Pots and pans need to be replaced. The dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs, so we didn't use it. We also felt like much of the wood on the front deck, railings, and back stairs, need to be looked at as some were pretty shakey. Sofas in den were very uncomfortable and totally need to be replaced. There was lots of mold in shower in upstairs bathroom that needs to be deep cleaned or tile needs to be replaced. Not much of a view of the water at all as there are houses in the way although it is a short walk to the beach. Everyone thought the beds were mostly comfortable. If at all possible, the king should be in the bottom room and used as the primary bedroom. The pool was fine but wish it would have been a little bigger. I would say it is fine to stay there but if it were mine, I would do a little updating and maintenance over hall for sure. As far as the check in experience goes, I understand that it is hard to find help and clean properties in a timely matter on check in/out day but 5:00 is a bit unreasonable. It is very hard to time your travel to try not to sit in hours of traffic to get to the area and then have to wait until 5:00 or later to get in the property. We traveled with our small dog and had a really hard time finding somewhere to sit and wait with her. Maybe a better way to check people in would be having a lockbox of some sort on each property with the key in it and when your property is ready, get a text message with a code to get your key out and start enjoying your vacation also would mean no long line at 5:00 in office.

Wonderful Property

Not Quite up to par.....

Kitchen needed a complete silverware and some tableware replaced, not enough silverware for my group of nine at one setting and only two coffee cups in a house to accommodate 10. There were spots on the bed cover that were noticeable and should not have been placed on the bed by the cleaning service.

Relaxing Girls Trip

Great property close to the beach.

Great location, very neat garden and pool, house was clean and neat, only comment is mattresses in two rooms need replacing they have seen better days. Plastic furniture on the deck was brittle and one chair was broken.

Close to the beach

Pros: This property was just around the corner from beach access. Also, a short walk to tennis courts and a park. We loved how quiet it was at the beach. The small pool and fenced in yard made for quiet peaceful afternoons after the beach. The palm trees, landscaping and grass were a bonus. The front porch was breezy and a great place to relax and read a book. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus. The house is nicely decorated and maintained with a couple of exceptions. I loved that there wasn’t any carpet, just rugs. Large tvs were a bonus for watching movies together. So much to love here. Cons: The refrigerator and tile floors on the main level did not match the rest of the house. The refrigerator is missing shelves and for most of our stay didn’t have a working ice maker or water filter. It’s rusty exterior made bad impression as well. The tile floors were dirty. Every time we had to wipe a spill the paper towel came up brown. It really needs a deep clean, more than what a swifter can take care of. Unfortunately we saw several roaches on the main floor during our stay. That was probably the worst part of the stay because it made everyone nervous. The exterminator did come, but that was at the end of our stay.

“Family” vacation

We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. We loved being close to the beach and figured since it was a family styled neighborhood that’s the atmosphere we’d receive but unfortunately the houses were packed with college kids yelling, partying, hollering in the middle of the night, blaring music, littering alcohol containers or having the cops at the house across the street with arguments and screaming. The college kids also left trash all over the beach that was a block away. We’d love to return to Pensacola beach but might reconsider the location and time of year.

Definitely recommend!

This house felt like a home away from home and we will definitely be returning! The pool was a great size for our group, and the house itself is so close to the beach, we couldn’t beat it. We would happily return to any property under PBH’s management. The entire PBH staff was so great - check in was super easy and all the ladies in the office were so friendly during our entire stay. Definitely recommend!
