Located just steps from the white sands of Pensacola Beach, this three-bedroom, two-bath cottage at 1207 Ariola Drive has an open kitchen, dining/living area, spacious rooftop deck and large fenced backyard.

Sleeps Seven: Bedroom 1 has a king bed and enjoys access to a small private patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed. The hall bath has a stand-up shower, while the second bath also has a shower with a bench, and is accessible from the back patios. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and the living room! Additional amenities include: Kureig, coffee maker, Ninja blender, 2 full sets of dishes, stock pots, cast iron Dutch oven, and hot and cold water at the exterior shower.

There is plenty of outdoor space with a covered patio in the back of the home and a large rooftop deck, great for enjoying the Florida sun. Have loads of fun with family playing cornhole and ladderball too. Beach access is directly across the street, with public dune walkovers to the east and west of the home. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are just a short drive from the home.

Rental office people were very nice. But, easier to have door lock code rather than pick up keys. Going outside to get to 2nd bathroom was a little inconvenient, but overall house was great.

The home is immaculate, most relaxing for a peaceful vacation. Beautiful backyard with a great gathering area. Plenty of space for pets to play and explore. So well maintained you will want for nothing. If you do need something the manager’s at Paradise are very friendly and ready to help with anything! I can’t possibly say enough about this home, just steps from the beach.

Relaxing Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. Though on the smaller side, the home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking full meals. My son reported that the Queen bed was not the most comfortable, but no other complaints. The location of this house is excellent if you want to be close to the water, but a little farther away from the crowds. As always, booking directly through Paradise Beach Homes is the best! I appreciate that there are no excessive fees or complicated checkout instructions. If you bring a dog, be advised that the entry gate is very short with wide gaps. A small dog or a good jumper could probably escape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property, though older, is well-maintained and the amenities are high-quality. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was super. Kitchen was well-stocked (again with quality cookware and utensils) and daily necessities were provided - plenty of soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry supplies, etc. Truly, our only complaint was that the can opener was dull and didn't cut through the lid. I would recommend replacing it.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were supplied, which was fantastic. We always travel with those items so next year we will lighten our load! Lots of outside space to enjoy. The beach walk was close and the beach was relativity private. The house was clean and very well laid out. We really had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. :-)

Cleanest rental ever

I have rented about 7 different houses-this one is by far the best. Location is literally a few steps to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. We have dogs and always carry a coverlet but when we arrived one was already on sofa. I hope all pet owners treat this house properly so it stays in great condition as we plan on renting this every time we are in Pensacola.

It might be a smaller house, but it’s so nice and clean on the inside! It has so much personality with the cute decor and rooftop deck. Did I mention the location? It’s just a skip, hop, and a jump across the street from the beach! We will be back next year with paradise beach homes, just in a bigger house on this street, because we are bringing family!! You can’t go wrong with this cute little house!

This was our second stay at this property, and we already booked our third for 2025! A very nice, quiet location, with quick access to a secluded section of the famous beach. Well equipped. Large driveway is great for our travel van. As with our last stay, the property was very clean. Nice to have everything on one level too. (Just one very minor suggestion--you might add a house number somewhere. We had a few deliveries showing up that should have went the house next door--but no big deal.)
