Create lasting memories with you and your family here at “Seaside Treasure” located in the Summit at Tops’l Resort in beautiful Miramar Beach, FL! Summit 205-205A lockout is a beautifully updated condo only a short .2 mile walk away from the beach. This vacation home comes with beautiful views of the Topsail Hill State Preserve and is perfect for budget-conscience travel. You’ll actually have 2 separate condos rented side-by-side: a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus a studio, 1 bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen offers spacious countertops that are perfect for whipping up a meal for the family and the dining area has plenty of seating to accommodate. You’ll have the ability to connect the two condos together, or you can close the adjoining door to allow some privacy for the studio lockout. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed, new flooring, and its own private bathroom, offering a gorgeous new walk-in shower and vanity. The first guest room has two twin beds with close access to the guest bathroom where you’ll find another updated shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom is the lockout and acts as a master suite with its own separate king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom access! This luxurious bathroom provides you with a beautiful new walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, along with a double vanity. Whatever you’re looking for, we're sure you will find it here at the Summit 205/205A lockout!

The Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village are a quick drive away and offer amazing places to shop, a marina, and perfect spots to catch a sunset after a long day on the beach.

Perfect Getway!

We just wish we were closer to the beach and had a view of the beach from the room. HOWEVER, that being said, these rooms were beautiful, great + modest decor, clean and comfortable! We will return! :)

Nice resort

We had to reschedule last minute and although this condo wasn’t on the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed the nearby pool and hot tub, and putt putt. The walk to the beach was made easy with wagons provided in the room. The condo was spacy, beds comfortable and our needs were met.

Great Rental

Board games need updating; however we made due with lots of Jenga and turned the money from game of Life into cash for Poker/black jack. We had a great time!

Two things to note: there was a renovation in a unit above us that caused lots of noise, and the HOA did not notify Gibson ahead of time, so it put an unexpected damper on about a week of our month-long stay. Also, the couches need replacing. Very saggy. Otherwise, it was terrific.

Great vacation, condo and resort

We had never stayed at Tops'l resort before. We loved it. The amenities were great! Free put put , and gym, shuttle to the beach! This condo was perfect! After Memorial DAy, the shuttle even takes you to the outlet mall! Not seeing water view was not a problem for us, we were at the beach anyway. It's cheaper not seeing water, and the shuttle took you there anyway. We also liked being on 2nd floor. If the elevators were busy, we ran down the one flight of stairs. Some people in the resort had pets, but don't know if pets are allowed in this condo. Smoking is not which was a plus for us.

Great location!

We had a great experience at Summit! Location is great, with only a five minute walk to the beach (I do suggest a wagon to take gear). Very clean. Good communication throughout stay. Would recommend!

Only complaint would be sugar ants in the kitchen which required us to store food inside the refrigerator. We also had a slow tub drain which I was able to clear myself with a coat hanger. Overall however it was a great experience.

Great property and location for Spring Break 2015

This was our first trip to Destin, and yes, the beaches are fine, white sand just like the pictures. There was a pool at the base of our building, with the beach and a larger, heated pool overlooking the beach just a short walk away. We had 6 adults staying during spring break 2015 with plenty of room for everyone. The condo is amazingly spacious with large bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. The master bedroom and bathroom came right out a luxury home and provides a relaxing retreat after a day on the beach. The full kitchen allowed us to cook some meals there at the condo, but there are plenty of restaurants close by if you prefer to eat out. We went on an afternoon dolphin trip and then ate waterside at a terrific restaurant recommended by one of the locals, who are definitely a friendly bunch and glad to you are there. I would recommend having a car to get around town, since there is plenty to see. The owner is also very accessible and helpful should you need anything.

Ideal location and beautiful home for a vacation

My family had the pleasure of staying at your home the 2nd week of August 2011. The location could not have been better. The short walk to the beach, even with a 4 year old and infant, was fun as you walk along the nature preserve . One of the many pools we had access to was right out the back door and the unique shape was an added suprise for all of us. The pool by the beach also provides a great break in the beach action.The beach was as beautiful as advertised and the crystal clear water and white sand was a gorgous site every morning. Make sure you try out the sea kayack available for rent right on the beach. Another great suprise was the FREE minature golf on property and on the way to the beach. Our 4 year old is now a master. We were able to play real golf twice and the courses were great and right across the street. With all of the restaurant and entertainment options in the area the location could not be more ideal. Your home was so inviting that we only ventured out a couple of times for dinner. The rooms were large and with TV's in each room and 3 bathrooms our extended family of 8 were all able to stay in comfort. Enjoy the fun in the sun at this great home away from home. We will definetly come back next year.
