Horizon South is located at the Horizon South Condominiums at 17462 Front Beach Road on the west end of the beach. These units are across the street from the beach and have many amenities that include cable t.v., 3 pools, kiddie pool, tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard, game room, and mini- golf. This unit is right across from all the amenities such as pool, putt putt, etc. This unit will sleep 4 It has 1 king and a sleeper. It has a full kitchen. This unit does not have a washer/dryer. Horizon South has so much for the kids to do right on site. Rent this great condo and have the time of your life.

Armbands: $20.00 each per 7 days
Parking Passes: $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) per 10 days
Trailer / Oversized Vehicle: $40.00 each per 10 days

Good

Walking distance from the property to the beach is not bad at all, the bed is really comfy but the place is a little dated is missing half of the blinds in the living room, we could never figured out how to work the tv in the living room, WiFi is not provided, if you’re planning on someone to sleep in the pull out couch keep in mind that you can’t have the fan in and light off at the same time

We loved our home away from home the house was in perfect shape. We would have loved to receive our packets and codes in an email verses driving another 40 minutes after driving 14 hours to get papers. We could never get our code to work on the gate. I suggest you bring your own dish soap and trash bags we didn't have any to start with. There is no grill either ☹️. But we loved this condo and will stay again.

Roach problem

On top of the Roach problem Place was dirty we had to sweep and mop floors And offers WiFi But no WiFi at all I ask for it and the answer was no No WiFi, that complicates the staying for people that are here on work or business So I check my self out Saturday afternoon 1 day before

NO AC....bad management!

No ac when checking in At 5pm. Called, left message, no response. Got up and went to work the next day...called again, no response! Had to sleep there AGAIN! Had my wife call the next day. When I got off work, it took ME ASKING, if we could be moved!! No compensation for the first two nights having no AC. No one would ever call me back. I would have to call them. I’m up here every other week to work on Restoration from hurricane Michael, I will not rent from this company anymore!

NOT HAPPY

We did not receive the correct address to pickup our welcome packet until the evening before our scheduled arrival. LSI knew that we were arriving after hours and were supposed to leave our packet where we could get it. When we arrived.... NO PACKET!! We had no parking passes, no wrist bands and we didn't even get a code to get into our condo until we called and called to hunt someone down. We paid for a condo with a washer and dryer IN THE UNIT and when we arrived... NO WASHER OR DRYER IN THE UNIT!!! Management was going to move us to a beachfront condo which would have been an upgrade for us but once we waited until the next day with no call back, I called them. The mngr said that it would be several more hrs and I wasn't not happy. Once I showed my frustration he informed me that the air in that condo wasn't working and they couldn't move us at all. They offered to pay for laundry drop off... I called every laundrymat within a 10 mile radius and there was a 5 day turn around so that was a no go. Horizon South is supposed to be a gated community.. the gate NEVER closes. We immediately swept the floors and washed the rugs because they were filthy.. i'm not too sure what the cleaning fee is used for. This unit is definitely cleaner after our stay than when we arrived. Is it common for there to be 2-3 inch flying cockroaches in Panama? We killed about 3 in this unit alone!! I feel as if I was lied to and once my money was taken, the attitude from management was DEAL WITH IT.
