Across from the beach. Lakeside by the back and a pool. One bedroom one bath with full kitchen, bedroom and pullout couch. Lakeview from our deck. Steps to private access beach. Quiet, family friendly complex with pool. Kitchen is fully stocked. New appliances, newly painted. Unit is located next to the pool. Our section of the beach is never crowded, since we are not a high rise and do not have one on either side of us. Come visit!! You will love it!!

The pool is right outside the door, and has a great view off balcony! We loved listening to the frogs! Great location also

Excellent Visit

Overall the property was amazing. Nice quiet location, but still close enough to Pier Park. Check in and communication was very smooth as well. Definitely worth another stay next time we come to Panama.

Amazing Property!!

My Wife, sister, and I stayed here for a couple of days and it was awesome! The walk to the beach is very easy and short. We were close to everything as far as restaurants. Beach was very clear and not many people. We will definitely be booking this again and look forward to it!

Excellent location and comfortable

Everything was good. The previous guest did not turn on the dishwasher (minor inconvenience).The television streaming was not good (both in the living room and bedroom).All in all, it was a great place to stay.

This place was perfect! The view was gorgeous. It was close to many great restaurants and Pier Park.

This was my first time and I was very impressed with the check in process. I'm going to rent this place every time visit Panama City.

Very nice! Feels like home!

We very much enjoyed our week stay. The bed was awesome! We made friends, everyone was so nice and inviting. Renting golf carts was fun. The beach was super nice and not far of a walk. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little condo

The condo was great for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to Pier Park & right across from the beach. Owner was more than helpful in ensuring every need was met. A+++ recommended!

Liked the view of the lake, having a pool and just cross the street to the beach. On the quiet end of Front Beach Road. Condo was nice.

Love ❤️ this place

First of all it’s super clean ! So cozy we love that it is on the bottom floor . Just a walk across the street to the beach . The condo is just perfect for a small family great king size bed and the couch is a pull out bed .

Good Winter Stay.

Roomy, clean, has everything we need to be home away from home. Judy was excellent communicator, very quickly answered any question we asked. It was great that we got there early and were able to check in early. We would come back again. Thanks.

Pleasantly surprised

This was the first time I haven’t stayed in a high rise condo & I was very pleased ! No long walks to the car, the pool or to the beach. Even though it’s across the street, it’s totally worth it, especially with a little one. The only thing I would change would be adding a curved shower rod to the tub bc it is a little snug but that’s not a big deal. Parking was super easy & I loved that it had some beach equipment for guests to use ( cart, chairs & a few toys). We really enjoyed our stay.

Ad as described and great location

I was very pleased that the pictures and ad description was spot on. This condo is part of a split property with part of them as ocean front condos and part across the street with the pool. I didn’t mind walking across the street to visit the ocean and the pool was directly outside the condo door. Property seems to be well maintained and located within walking distance of the pier, dining and shopping district. This came in handy as there is never any parking at the pier so it was a bonus to be able to just walk back and forth. It’s also not crowded around with sky rise condos so the beach isn’t overly crowded which is great for some privacy. I look forward to be able to return again for vacation.

Paradise Found

This awesome condo is cozy and cool, with room to move and a beautiful view of Lake Lullwater. The location is ideal for crossing the street to get to the gulf front beach or for putting a line into the lake for freshwater fishing. It is easy to walk to Pier Park for some shopping or to one of the great restaurants along the water, such as Sharky's. Super close to the Piggly Wiggly for some quick grocery shopping. Judy was great about answering questions quickly. The complex is full of friendly folks, but it is not a high-rise stressful building. Just a fun group of vacation-minded people. The pool is right outside of this condo, which is really convenient. Plenty of parking, too. We just returned from a truly relaxing weekend at this great place, and I can't wait to return next year.

Exactly what was advertised

All pictures and descriptions were accurate. Property was clean, check in was easy, good location. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the pool is directly outside the door and you could clearly hear people at the pool screaming inside the unit. It didnt bother us at all, but people with children that need naps may want to consider that.
