Great location, just as described. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Very cute and clean house. Annabelle was there if we needed her.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect just a short walk to downtown yet in a very quiet area. Very clean comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay. Annie was great with communication. Suttons Bay was a great area to relax in but also close to other small towns like Leland and Northport, plus a short drive into Traverse City.

What a lovely, comfortable home! Annebelle is a wonderful host and she has the house set up to see to your every need. She is wonderful with communication. We had a lovely time during our stay.

Great location and getaway

We enjoyed a nice getaway in the house, it was very clean and great location. A nice quiet place within walking distance to town and the beach.

Everything about our stay in Sutton’s Bay was great, The house was beautifully furnished and comfortable. We also enjoyed the backyard patio surrounded by flowers. The horses across the street provided fun viewing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The location, just two blocks from “downtown” meant an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and ice cream, but was also in a very quiet location. The host was very responsive to questions and very friendly and helpful. Everything about our one week stay was wonderful. We hope to stay there again when we come back to the area.

Beautiful home. Has everything you need for a great vacation. Lots oh history and beautiful antiques. The location is wonderful. Walk to town and the beach!Would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely, clean home. The location was wonderful to the shops in Suttons Bay,just a couple of blocks. The house was well decorated, very artsy, stained glass in windows, very nice artwork and also great comfy furniture. We like to be outdoors and both the front porch and backyard were very welcoming. The yard itself was well tended to, a pleasure to sit and enjoy relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, probably the best we have ever seen. Lots of dishes, silverware, pots & pans etc and they were very nice. Annabelle checked in with us a couple of times to see if we needed anything but we did not! She was a wonderful host!

Great home and location! Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We loved how close we were to the TART trail as well. The house has a beautiful view from the front porch. Host was very responsive. We are already planning to come back next year!

Sweet house, fabulous location

The house was perfectly sized for four people. Well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture. It was a big plus for us that we had access to the garage. And the location is wonderful. Easy walk to a great little ice cream shop and the marina.

A cottage in Suttons Bay

We enjoyed our stay at Annie’s house in Suttons Bay. The location of the house is perfect: close to everything, but away from the busy part of the town. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Annie is very responsive and super nice. Would highly recommend this property.

Right in the village

So easy to get to everything (especially the ice cream store!) Very clean and comfortable. Thanks for adding the water filtration system.

Even better than the first stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annie's place. This was our 2nd time renting her lovely home and since our last stay, a wonderful fireplace has been added as well as some beautiful leaded glass windows! The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the home is just a couple streets up from the downtown area..... walkable to downtown if you desire! We hiked Empire Bluff, Drove the Pierce stocking drive, went to Fishtown, Glenn Arbor, and to Frankfort, Manistee, and Arcadia. So much to see and do in this area! Annie's home was clean and the beds very comfortable!

This place is our favorite rental ever! Our host responded to the only need we had and came and fixed it! It is 2 short blocks from the Main Street in town where there are multiple places to eat and lots of shops, too. Another block gets you to the lake and all that offers. We went in April so we didn’t do any water sports, but the town is so neeat and clean, and our rental was perfect for the 4 of us. I highly recommend— it is rare in rentals that you get all that was advertised and then some!!

Wonderful time in Suttons Bay

This house was very clean and in a wonderful location. Walk to shopping and restaurants. Annie was a wonderful host. We hope to return and enjoy this lovely location.

Cozy and Quiet

We were able to relax and enjoy our surroundings while on a sabbatical from the heat of the south. Home was located in an ideal location to everything we had planned for. Definitely recommend this humble abode for travelers seeking tranquility and location .

Cozy and well appointed

Annie is a wonderful host with an amazingly peaceful home. Very convenient to downtown area and surrounding vineyards and attractions. We fell in love with Suttons Bay and cannot wait to go back.

Perfect VRBO

Recently remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from downtown Suttons Bay. Convienent to hiking trails, cycling, golf, beaches, wine tasting. Handsomely furnished with new couches, beds, and reading chair. A cooks kitchen completely equipped. Private shaded sitting area just off the Sun room for cocktails before dinner. Lots of TLC everywhere you look by the owner. We look forward to return.

Cozy comfy home

The home was everything we expected and more. The fireplace place was a great addition it made it feel warm and cozy on a cold winter day. Anne was a wonderful host. She checked in a couple times and answered any questions. The home was very clean and had everything you could need for a short or long stay as we stayed 7 days could have stay longer. I would recommend this home anytime.

Wonderful!

My husband and I have to say that everything was wonderful at Annie’s home! Very clean, GREAT location( close to downtown,peaceful and safe area)and Annie’s was exceptional in communication. Beds were super comfortable! We would and will stay again for sure! Annie gave us information that we checked out and we were not disappointed....... Northport for breakfast, Two K Farm and Cider,9 Bean Rows for croissants that were to die for and we also had wood fired pizza there for lunch another time. We travelled to Sleeping Bear Dunes and drove the Pierce Stocking Scenic drive, Drove to Harbor Springs and drove the tunnel of trees,shopped in Sutton’s bay and even went to the market on Saturday. We rode bikes on the TART trail to Traverse city too! We also went to Fishtown one eve for a spectacular sunset!So much to do! 5 STARS😊👍

Perfect getaway, perfect house!

This house is better than the pictures. And Anna is super easy to communicate with. We loved the bed!! She has very nice dishes and everything you need to cook Altho we didn’t 😀 We visited wineries and rode the bike trail to Traverse City and back. Fun! We will be back and stay longer. 3 days is not enough. Altho my waistline can’t take many more days of the ice cream shop down on the corner. P. S. Everyone is so friendly in that town.

Mother-daughter weekend

We stayed here for a mother-daughter wine weekend. We loved how close it was to downtown Sutton’s Bay, easy walk. Close to lots of the wineries on LeeLanau. Very cute house, nice and clean as well. Loved the fountain and horses across the street! Would stay here again!

Peaceful and charming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place. Whether sitting on the front porch and watching the horses and listening to the water across the street or out back on the patio under the tree, it was so restful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen supplies were high quality. Everything was first class! The ice cream store at the bottom of the hill was an added bonus and the beach a short walk away. We hope to visit again!
