Within 5 miles, you can find over half a dozen wineries, the Leelanau Sands Casino, the Leelanau Club golf course, local Farmer Markets, a multitude of beaches and boat launches, several parks, great hiking and biking, fishing and panoramic views that helped Leelanau County's Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes win Good Morning America's 'Most Beautiful Place in America' contest in 2011.

In the living room, you will find a large bayside window plus a wood burning fireplace and plenty of seating for relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped for any of your cooking needs, and includes a cozy breakfast nook and adjacent den. The dining room opens up to a sun room that also has a connecting door to the breakfast nook. The sun room is great for relaxation, and the large windows view a backyard surrounded by trees, giving a nice country feel and plenty of room for outdoor activities. A recent addition to the back yard is a fire pit and benches.
