A perfect location within the village limit of Suttons Bay and adjacent to the public beach and park, this 4 bedroom/2 full bath split-level home welcomes up to ten guests. Most amenities are less than 1/2 mile including a grocer, pharmacy, post office, several restaurants and pubs, banks, gas station, boutique shops, art galleries, fitness center, paved scenic Tart Trail from Suttons Bay to Traverse City, beaches, movie theater, library, Marina and much more. Within 5 miles, you can find over half a dozen wineries, the Leelanau Sands Casino, the Leelanau Club golf course, local Farmer Markets, a multitude of beaches and boat launches, several parks, great hiking and biking, fishing and panoramic views that helped Leelanau County's Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes win Good Morning America's 'Most Beautiful Place in America' contest in 2011.

This split-level home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bath. There are four queen and two twin beds. In the living room, you will find a large bayside window plus a wood burning fireplace and plenty of seating for relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped for any of your cooking needs, and includes a cozy breakfast nook and adjacent den. The dining room opens up to a sun room that also has a connecting door to the breakfast nook. The sun room is great for relaxation, and the large windows view a backyard surrounded by trees, giving a nice country feel and plenty of room for outdoor activities. A recent addition to the back yard is a fire pit and benches.

Great House and Location!

The house is a perfect set up for a girl's getaway! We walked to Hop Lot, used as a home base for a winery tour and walked around downtown Suttons Bay which is only a minute drive from the house. Very clean and great space!

Very nice property with a great location. Being across from Suttons Park was very convenient. Used the shelter at the park one night for a family gathering.

Wonderful!

Spent the week here for out daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. The back yard offered plenty of space for our grandson to play. We enjoyed the beach across the street. Easy walk to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

We have a group of 10 women who have repeatedly stayed at this rental. We love the location and the property. The house has plenty of room for everyone and is always neat and tidy. The host is always so helpful and sweet. We will continue to come back year after year.

Another great stay

Girls trip weekend - we stayed here last year and loved it so much we returned this year (and will again next year!). Great location, super clean, modern kitchen, comfortable beds. Couldn't be better. (okay - a hot tub would be great, but that's probably asking too much!)

Loved your home!

We stayed in Suttons Bay for a family wedding and the location of the home could not have been better! We walked to the water and to breakfast! The home was adorable, clean and had everything we needed! Hands down one of the best VRBO stays we’ve experienced! The owners were so nice to deal with!!!

great place

We had a wonderful time in Sutton's Bay. This property has a great location close to the public beach park that was perfect to launch our kayaks and for our grandson to play. Hop Lot brew pub, Hansen's grocery and many eateries/shops are a short walk into town and the bike trail was very close too. The house was super clean and the owners very responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the second fridge. Overall one of the best homes we have rented. we plan on renting this property again.

Peaceful family retreat

The property lived up to the expectations of both the adults and kids! Enjoy the house and its proximity to the beach… Suttons Bay is such a nice little town, and all of the amenities were fantastic. No complaints. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the home overall very cozy.

Destination wedding

This property was perfect for us. Cute little beach and park right next door! We were wishing we’d brought our grandchildren! Having a sidewalk all the way into town was an absolute bonus. Plenty of space for all nine of us and complete with sunroom on the back. Able to park 4 cars abreast on driveway. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and updated. Admittedly, it was a short stay, really didn’t do any cooking, but we will next time. Thank you Robyn!

Wonderful place to land!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in its perfect location. Four of us came up to bike, and had access to the bike trail and other lovely rides right from this spacious home, coming back for a dip in the bay right across the road at the end of the day. When the weather was questionable we enjoyed the back screened in porch and two living areas, waiting for the clouds to clear. Nice grocery store across the road and plenty of shops and restaurants less than one mile down the road. We already made our reservations for next year!

Perfect spot for a family

We had two families with a total of 4 kids and this was the perfect spot for us. The kids loved the beach across the street, we had plenty of room to make and enjoy food for 8 people, walking to downtown Sutton's bay was easy and safe along the trail, and the grocery store nearby was convenient. Everything was clean. Toys and books for the kids was a nice surprise too!

Loved it!

The house was larger than we thought—we were so happy with it. We needed nothing; everything was right in the house for us. And the beach right across the road—perfect. Great location allowed us to easily walk into town, the grocery store, the brewery. We couldn’t stop talking about how pleased we were with the house.

Great place to stay

This home was beautiful, clean, very accomodating for all ages including young children (toys, dishes, silverware for the toddlers, sand toys for the beach & pack & play bed). We had a family wedding in the area and 9 people in our party stayed here. I would definitely stay here again. We had camp fires in the evening, went hiking and shopping during the day and played on the beach/playground. Location is close to everything! Robyn was always available when I had any questions and very friendly and responsive .

Awesome vacation!

We stayed at the beach cottage with adults and teenagers. It was exactly as advertised, immaculately clean and the location could not be beat! The pictures don't do it justice. I also have to mention the comfy beds because that's very important to us. Even my picky teenage son said it was one of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at. The layout of the home provided ample room so everyone had their own space and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and firepit. The little extras (two refrigerators, breakfast area, beach chairs, cozy throw blankets, etc.) made all the difference. We're hoping to return next year!

Perfect place for family getaway

This was our first time staying in Sutton's Bay, and we couldn't have been happier. The house was in the perfect location - walking distance to downtown, the grocery store and the beach park across the street, as well as a short drive to Leland and Northport. The house is much larger than the photos show, and when we arrived it was absolutely spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked, which was wonderful because we love to cook. There were 7 of us, and the dining room table was larger enough for, not only our meals, but our evening board games. Also, Robyn, our host, was very accessible and accommodating when we had questions or needed something. All in all, it was a perfect three night get-away. We have rented houses in the Grand Traverse Bay area many times, and this house was by far our favorite. I hope we can go back again some time, when we have a longer time for a vacation.

Girls weekend

From when we arrived to when we left everything went great! The house was fully stocked with dishes, towels and linens. The house is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We would love to return again soon

Fall Fabulous

Check in was super easy, the house was more perfect than the pictures or the description. Four females headed to Suttons Bay for fall fabulousness - the colors were amazing, the house met every need, we will absolutely be booking again! Host was immediately responsive when I made a little boo-boo and locked us out of the house. Could not have been a better weekend (okay, well, maybe more sun, but no one has control over that!).

Perfect location!

This has been our favorite VRBO stay in Suttons Bay/TC. Such a beautiful house, and perfect for our family. Our kids loved the sunroom with all kinds of toys, and being adjacent to the beach/park was ideal for lots of time outside. There was plenty of room for four adults + two kids. Location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go - TC, Northport, Leland, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Suttons Bay. We will definitely be back!

This house was built by my grandparents in the 1960's after moving up from the Grosse Pointe Farms area in southeastern MI. My parents acquired it in 2013. Since then we have remodeled the majority of the house, including brand new appliances, floors and much more.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable for groups of families and friends. Outside, one can enjoy a large yard as well as a view of Lake Michigan and the sandy beach across the street. The location is within walking distance of downtown Suttons Bay, the grocery store and many other amenities.
