Our Time at the Bayview

This Property was extremely clean, neat and comfortable. The host was excellent and extremely responsive. The location is perfect, close to downtown shops, the trails and the beach. You can't beat it!

Great stay in Sutton's bay

We've stayed in a lot of places in the area and loved this one. Our favorite parts were proximity to beach, leelanau bike trail and town. Also loved the grill and to be able to sit out on deck and enjoy dinner.

Highly recommend

Spacious and clean, with a lovely view of Sutton’s Bay. We spent Christmas here for a quiet getaway and it did not disappoint.

Great for Fall Weekend

Very clean and comfortable, great location in Suttons Bay, close to all restaurants and shops, right on the TART trail. The owner Tom was most helpful.

Quaint stay at Suttons Bay

The best location for walking around town or around the Bay. The cottage was perfect, clean & charming.. We met friends and biked to stunning views & wineries.

Tom is a fantastic host with great communications skills. His recommendations are spot on!! The Bayview cottage is as described ... close to everything, clean, cozy and comfortable. Definitely added to our favorite list. We will be back. Thanks!!

Great location

The Bayview is an amazing location! We took our paddle boards right off the car and walked across the street to paddle in a beautiful location. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. You should note the air conditioning is from window units in the bedrooms and living room not central air. It was not shown in the pictures. The property owner was responsive and helpful. We had a nice stay.

The perfect spot! Everything in the home was so clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed. It was so easy to walk right into downtown Suttons Bay as well. We’ll definitely be back!

This cute cottage is conveniently located in downtown Suttons Bay. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. It is close to many beautiful beaches and wineries , and other cool small towns in the Leelanau Peninsula. My four sisters and I had plenty of room to relax and visit with each other.

We stayed at Bayview Cottage for the weekend to attend a wedding and loved everything about it. Great location. We were very happy with out choice and will recommend it to others.
