Amazing 1800 sq ft 2-bedroom in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles. This boutique historic building has very few units and underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The building is 100% secure and has private resident access. The unit has original historic brick, modern chefs kitchen, huge living and dining areas, fully remodeled bathroom with separate shower and tub, as well as ample closet space in both of the two bedrooms. This unit is located in the proximity of a number of DTLA's top restaurants and attractions such as The Ace Hotel, Umami Burger, Urban Outfitters, etc. and is just a short walk to Bottega Louie, Staples Center, etc.

Located in the heart of downtown LA's "Historic Core" where you will have no problems finding some of LA's top rated restaurants just minutes away! Located minutes from downtown's famous Bottega Louie, you'll have access some of LA BEST food — head over to try one of their famous macaroons, fabulous mimosas or mouth-watering wood-fire pizzas and try to see if you'll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of some of this fabulous social spots frequent celebrity customers! Looking for a "taste" of what some of downtown has to offer! Take a walk around the block and you're SURE to run into a movie, music-video or TV show being filmed!

Go see a Lakers, Clippers or Kings game at the Staples Center, see the newest exhibit at MOCA, a concert at Nokia Theatre, or an performance from the LA Philharmonic at Walt Disney Concert Hall -- all within a 1 mile radius of this great loft. Feel like exploring outside of downtown? Hollywood perhaps? Great! Just walk over to the Metro station just a few blocks away from outside our front door and you'll be just 15 minutes away from world famous Hollywood Blvd. How about the beaches of Santa Monica? Even better! The Big Blue Bus stop is seconds away and will take you straight there, all without the hassle of driving in LA traffic!

Your Abode is equipped with a smart TV or streaming device (Roku) which allows guests to access their own streaming accounts that are automatically logged out at checkout. Your Abode does not have cable or satellite service but the streaming device does provide some free TV and movie content.

Interaction with Guests:
We are just a phone call, text message, or platform message away. We make sure our guests are checked-in seamlessly, comfortably settled, and if they have any questions, they may reach us at any time. We are also available 24 hours in case of emergencies.

Getting Around:
PARKING:
• Overnight paid public parking is available for purchase at City Center Parking, located conveniently a half block from the building. Rates may vary but are approximately $10-$20/nt. Monthly parking available for long stays.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM LAX:
• The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you chose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. The estimate cost for each brand of Uber varies but can be in the range listed below:

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Clean but needs maintenance
Great location for event at CA Market Center. Close to Whole Foods. This apartment needs maintenance! The clock was not keeping time, the toilet paper holder was broken, the light in the fridge was out, in one bedroom the shade was down and there was no cord to pull it up so the room was dark all day. There was soap but no soap dish so I used a Tupperware cover. There is no rug in the living room and with the high ceilings, that made an echo when speaking.
