Beautiful property and enough room for all of our kids and grandkids! The backyard was perfect for little kids to play and we use the cities ev shuttle to get everybody to and from the Sandy Beach!!! would absolutely rent this again!!!

This place was amazing for a large group trip. So much space and a private little beach area for kids to play. Also was CLEAN! We had a great time and the host was kind and communicative. Will be staying here again in the future!!

This was a great place! Lots of cute places within walking distance. Location was amazing. Beach front area was so nice and loved the privacy it gave us with easy direct access to the ocean very close by. The house was well stocked with all we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The major draw of this place is the ocean. The views are incredible and you can hear and see the calming rhythm of the waves all day long. The main living space and upstairs balcony were great, and there is a nice outdoor area of sand where there is a firepit and lots of seating-- all right in front of the ocean. There are 8 bedrooms and we had plenty of space to sleep with 13 members at our family reunion.I would agree with prior reviewers that the place is a bit dated/worn, and the kitchen is small. There are two parking spaces in front but we could not really fit our larger cars (though street parking was not a problem). The beach that is walking distance is rocky and steep and was not a good fit for my elderly parents. I would recommend Oceanside Harbor beach for anyone looking for a family friendly wide, flat and calm beach.

Great house for a large group. Had all the needed elements. Nice location to be near the excitement of Oceanside but quiet and secluded at the same time.

View from the living area was amazing, just like the pics. Host Kim was responsive and flexible. Everything was as expected. Great place for our 8 buddies' golf outing with plenty of beds/bedrooms. Walking distance to pier, great restaurants. Plenty of supplies. Would do it again!

Great Vacation spot to make memories

We loved this ideal location and looking out on the ocean and hearing the waves. An ideal spot to chill, make smores , play spikeball, enjoy great meals and family.

Great location

Great location! Loved that we had the beach as our back yard (no road or pathway in between the house and the beach). Clean house and perfect for our vacation with our kids.

Great Place with tons of spce

Had a group of 10 of use stay for the weekend here and loved it. Lots of space and everyone had their own bedroom and privacy.

Amazing beach house

It was a fantastic place for me and my family to vacation!!! We loved the private beach and the easy access to the ocean. The layout of the house was fantastic!!! I highly recommend this property

Great house on the beach

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in Oceanside this past week. House is exactly as described and would stay here again. Only bummer is the beach in front of the house is all rocks and no sand, but the sandy part of the beach is a short walk away.
