It’s a great place and as a big family that likes to travel and cook at their destination we were very happy that the kitchen was very well equipped. Being that it’s a beach house we enjoyed the fact that it had a lot of accommodations for going to the beach.

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect location and home away from home for friends and family who traveled here for a larger gathering in the area. Every guest enjoyed the stay and raved about the accommodations. We would love to return:)

On the water haven!

Our group had the best 5 days here! The deck view of the ocean and direct access is unbeatable. So close to everything you need and we highly recommend this for a big group or family.

Our family met up here for a vacation. This was a lovely property in Oceanside, right next to a small public beach access which made it easy to get down to the beach. The management company was on top of things - very helpful and responsive. There were no major issues. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Wonderful location. Accommodates a large group well. Well appointed kitchen. A little more worn than photos. Would go back!

Family trip to Legoland

Really enjoyed our stay. Home had plenty of room for 11 of us. The views were great. Watched some dolphins and seals while sitting on the deck. Nice having a hot tub after a long day at Legoland. Would definitely come back.

Great views!

Loved our stay! We’ve been here a few years in a row and will definitely come back! We loved having the hot tube on the deck! the only downside is sometimes the tide is too high to play in the water but other than that this way a perfect place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful property. Photos are true to the house. It was very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing experience swimming, watching surfers, and enjoying the sunset views from the patio spa. One room with King has a balcony and ocean view, the room with the bunks (full sized!) has a balcony and ocean view from the side, and one room with a king has a street front balcony. A smaller room with a full bed has ocean front view through the window. We would love to come back!!!!

Loved it.

Amazing home. Room for everyone right on the water. Went out of the way to get us products that we ran out of within minutes they were delivered to our door.

Amazing Stay!

We loved our time here! Perfect location - it was everything we expected and more. Right on the beach with unbeatable views. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the indoor/outdoor vibe of the entire house. The customer service was awesome. They had great communication, quick-response times and provided helpful options for us when weather cancelled a lot of our group's flights/travel plans. Thank you for everything!

60th Birthday Celebration

This was a great property for our celebration. Enough space, great kitchen. Some older items on patio, but you just can't beat the location and view of the ocean and steps to the beach. Thank you! Troy and Shelly Haney

Special 50th wedding anniversary family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful! The location was the best. The rental was perfect. The grand kids had the time of their life, as did the kids and the old parents.

April 2017 Stay

AMAZING, BFO is an excellent company. I have rented all over the country and have never had the basic essentials already at the unit. The house was beautiful , just like the pics. Will definitely return. Best vacation ever.

Great Family Vacation Rental

The number of bedrooms, comfortable gathering space and wonderful ocean views gave our 12 family members a wonderful get-together. With 2 surfers in the family, being able to walk out the patio and go down to the beach and waves was an unexpected plus! The management responded quickly when we had trouble connecting to the internet. A grand time was had by all with ages from 6 months to 67 years with all ages in between!

There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms and being right on the beach with steps down to the beach was fantastic!! An added bonus was the waves so my son and daughter were able to surf! The property management staff was very helpful in getting the WiFi to work

Overall people have fun

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice but the BBQ stove and the fire pit did not work. It wasn't good when you are ready to BBQ but cannot do it.
