Leonardo Arms #209 - Serene Beachfront Condo with Private Balcony

Lovely beachfront unit is located at the South end of Fort Myers Beach Island near Villa Santini Plaza and restaurants. This two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has a queen sized bed with a private bathroom and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Also, available is your own private balcony and a shared pool. WiFi is available and there is a laundry facility on the property.

There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
