Easy access to the beach and pool. At the north end of the beach which is quiet. Must drive to any restaurant but not a bad drive.

Right in the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The views were spectacular and we loved walking on the beach each day. There were so many extra touches, like all the cooking equipment you could possibly need and all the recreational and beach gear. It truly was a home away from home. Perfect place for a couple and we’d love to stay again.

Great View

Our favorite thing was the amazing view. We watched dolphins each morning. The condo is at the south end of the beach which was very quite. It's closed to a grocery and CVS. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. For 2 people it was perfect.

The electronic lock on the condo was out of battery or broken in some way. We could not get in the first night of our stay. TriPower rentals did solve the problem and eventually did reimburse us a bit for the error but I was not impressed by their "people skills".The condo was very nice with a great view.

The floor was very slippery. I actually slipped and fell. The tv was horrible. No cable no antenna and couldn’t even watch football.

Hello Bev, we are sorry you slipped and fell, it is surprising the issues you mentioned, we inspected the unit before your arrival, and the floor was not slippery at all, was there a spill of some kind? The TV is a smart TV that has streaming capabilities and a line up of channels built in, we are sorry it was not of your liking, many rentals now are opting for smart tv's rather than cable contracts or antennas. Beautiful condo but noisy

This condo is beautiful and had everything we needed plus great gulf and beach views. However, beach renourishment was underway 24/7.The loud beeping of the construction vehicles disrupted our sleep and the peace of our days. The ice maker didn’t function.

Winter get away

We had a great week. Weather could have cooperated a little better but, it was better than the single digits back home. The condo was very spacious for the 2 of us. Really liked the divider between living space and bedroom it provided privacy for an early riser. Didn't use the balcony as weather didn't permit but, the sunsets were stunning. Cooking staples were minimal but the kitchen was ample for our needs. Lots of hooks and storage to keep things neat and tidy. The only thing I'd suggest is to replace the coffee maker with a single serve machine (Keurig) for convenience. Thanks for a great week!

Would Stay Here Again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time back to Estero Beach and Tennis since hurricane Ian and this was probably my favorite condo I’ve stayed in here. The views are perfect, the owners have literally everything you could possibly need, and it is nicely remodeled. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I had. The check in/out process was also super easy. The complex is still remodeling from the hurricane, but it was in no way a disturbance during our stay. I was just so happy to be back at my favorite place. If you’re looking for a perfect little beach getaway where you can watch beautiful sunsets and dolphins directly from your patio then I highly recommend this place :)

Wonderful Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 406C was absolutely perfect for our vacation. From the moment you walked in, everything was spotless and well decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had ice premade. There was plenty of sitting space if needed throughout the kitchen and living area. The king size bed was comfortable, plenty of different kinds of pillows, and there were extra blankets in the closet. The bathroom was stocked with a hair dryer, curling iron, as well as first aid kits! There were plenty of towels and little extras that just made it feel like every detail was thought of. We especially enjoyed the chairs, umbrella, and wagon for our beach days. I have nothing but good things to say and will definitely stay again when in this area. Thank you!!!

Spring Break

The check in process was easy and the condo was clean, updated, and decorated nice. We arrived 2 hours early and they were able to accommodate early check in. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you’d need. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because there is no beach access at this location and the beach is covered in bull dozers, excavators and other heavy equipment. You have to walk north of the EB &TC to get to a beach bc our area is roped off with caution tape. This was not communicated to us and the price was not a discounted rate. We also did not see anything online indicating this. We talked with some locals and they are months away from being done with the beach. The workers also were working through the night so at 2am you could hear the beeping sound the machines make while moving. Lovers Key State Park is a close drive and we also did a kayak tour around Big Hickory Island that was a blast. Ultimately I would recommend this rental, but the management company should have reached out to let us know that the beach was closed and covered in equipment.

Hi Sofia, Thank you for your review, and please accept our sincere apologies for the miscommunication on our part. We understand how frustrating the lack of clear updates must have been. Unfortunately, we’ve been facing ongoing challenges in obtaining the latest information regarding the beach project, and the timeline has been extended multiple times. At various points, we were given expected completion dates, but those continued to shift. We truly value your feedback, it helps us recognize where we need to improve. We're committed to doing better moving forward and ensuring clearer communication. Warm regards, The Tripower Team
