Brand new 580 square ft. This property was renovated, everything is new and simple making you feel right at home. What makes it great about this apartment is the perfect location. The location in this property is great due to the fact that in a 15-20 min range you are right in the middle of so many amenities and recreational facilities. (Walmart, HEB, Target etc. San Antonio International Airport, Ingram & Northstar mall, La Cantera, Six Flags, Main Event, Adrettis, Sea World, Down town, Museums, Lackland Airforce base) these and many more amenities are available that will cover most of San Antonio being the perfect location to stay.

Great getaway for one or two

Perfect for my getaway to San Antonio to avoid the hash winters up north. This property has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bath, living area, and bedroom. Location is close to shopping and easy access to downtown and highways circling the city.

Great Place

This was a wonderful little apt. Fully stocked with everything we could want. Great location. 15 mins to SeaWorld, 20 mins to the Riverwalk. It is nicely decorated and super comfortable.

First Time to San Antonio

This location made our first trip to San Antonio so perfect. Pablo met us at the door and it was delightful from then on. This location was just perfect whether we were enjoying coffee on the patio or getting an early start exploring.

It was a very nice little apartment that’s fenced in and was a quick drive to everything we wanted to see and do while my husband was graduating BMT. Very responsive and was a lovely time 💕

Great Stay

Very nice place for a couple to stay in during a visit to San Antonio. Very clean and comfortable. Had a couple of questions during our week long stay and Pablo quickly returned my texts with the answers I needed. The kitchen and the bathroom are cozy and nice. Easy parking on the street or the property. San Antonio is not a small city! Access to the cities thoroughfares is easy from the property, but remember you are not starting out in the city central area. If I return to SA I'd stay here again.

Will stay again

I highly recommend staying at this property. My husband and I stayed for our son’s BMT graduation. It is a short drive to base. The neighborhood was quiet and seemingly safe. We had one small issue, and notified Pablo of it. It did take a little while for him to respond, but he could have been busy. We would stay again if we are in San Antonio.

False representation

Upon arrival the apartment was not in the location as indicated on vrbo, safety was questionable. As we entered the door of the property we were hit with a pungent smell. This odor had the smell of marijuana and was unbearable. I reached out to the owner was unable to reach him. I contacted VRBO and he then responded that his cleaner noticed an order. I made multiple attempts to contact him as did vrbo. We were unable to stay at the property and had to seek other arrangements. Vrbo is currently trying tk reach the property owner for a refund.

The place was great, exactly what we needed for our visit. Our son is recently stationed at Lackland AFB, and this was his first chance to get off base. We did some sightseeing but he mostly want to relax, watch some football/bAseball, but the Roku TV had no local channels able to be watched. A small TV antenna would be a great thing to have hooked up to the TV. Place was clean, had what was needed to cook and close enough to grocery stores, restaurants.

We loved the property. Lovely and comfortable. However, the code provided for the key lock box was incorrect. This caused us to be locked out for a day, and a day spent on the phone to get the code from our host.
