This artistic recently refurbished Italian Villa is full of old world charm and nestled near the magnificent red canyon lands of southern Utah. Your Tuscan escape awaits you in the largest resort Villa that comfortably sleeps 12-13 people. We have a pack and play if you have a baby or toddler. It’s located in the master walk in closet and you can place it where ever you want in the resort. We are the closet property to the clubhouse and outdoor pool!!. Wonderful stay, great clubhouse too.

Worth the stay. Great location, easy central access to Zion’s vs St. George in our opinion. Great host, easyCommunication and prompt. Home is comfortable, with great amenities.

The Villa

The property is beautiful, and a wonderful place to stay with family. My only issue was the address location on VRBO was about 20 miles west of where the property is actually located

Great property!

Very clean, nice unit and amenities, close to highways so easy to get around. Owner was very prompt and helpful with communication. Wish we could have stayed here another night!

Welcoming and Cozy Villa

MY FAMILY AND I LOVED THE VILLA!! It was incredibly welcoming and cozy, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay and Christmas vacation. The host, VeLeah, was exceptionally friendly and reliable, always available whenever we needed assistance. We truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to staying again in the future when we visit Utah once more.

Amazing Experience!

This was our first time to Zion National Park and we thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was in a great location and we loved the accommodations. VeLeah was so helpful with all our questions and always very quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Family trip to Zion

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and felt like home. We were traveling with our 4 teenagers and they had the best time at the pool and playing tennis! We will definitely consider staying here next spring when we visit the area again.

Excellent property and location

Our stay was incredible! We enjoyed the the amenities the property offered and the comfort of the villa itself. The location to Zion and proximity to other local attractions was great. We will be back.

Excellent stay!

Overall a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed in all areas of the house. The gym and pool were a nice bonus! Host was VERY responsive and pleasant! Would definitely recommend.

Great place to get to all things in the area

Work & play weekend in Hurricane

We primarily were just looking for a decent place to stay for a work event in the area and booked the property as it fit our needs for number of beds and price. Once we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations and the amenities. Everything was on hand for cooking breakfasts and dinners plus is was comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Tuscan Sun.

Fantastic host

Our stay was great! The welcome treats were such a nice touch. We visited Zion each day we stayed, and just a heads up, although the address is in Hurricane, it is on the outskirts and so a little farther to Zion than expected. It was still an easy and scenic ride to Zion. Hopefully management purchases some additional furniture for by the pool, that was the only downfall. Overall, we’d stay again and would recommend this place!

Fabulous stay!

Under the Tuscan Sun was exactly what we were looking for in a New Year's getaway. It was the perfect location for hiking in Zion National Park (45 min drive) and enjoying restaurants and amenities in St. George (10 to 15 min drive). It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and every detail attended to. The address is Hurricane but it seemed almost equal distance between Hurricane and St. George which was perfect for us!

Wonderful Property

Clean updated and comfortable. Great amenities. Host was fabulous, she had so many finishing touches...welcome treats sparkling juice and chocolates, robes to wear, complimentary coffee, tea and fruit. She always responds immediately and politely. The Property was drivable to many state parks as well as Zion national park. I highly recommend.

Great location and amenities

I stayed here with my family with the primary goals of visiting Zion and Bryce canyon and had a great time overall. We enjoyed the pool, patio, and restaurant suggestions from VeLeah! I was not expecting the amount of personal items kept in the suite and closets, and I also felt some of the furniture and bedding were ready to be replaced. I may just have had different expectations based on the listing pictures. We still had a good time and felt it was a cute place.

Great base for Zion

Really enjoyed our stay. Unit had alot of amenities for the kids (pool, gym, basketball court, etc). Inside the unit was amazing. Unit was clean, well-kept, and fully stocked with utensils and kitchen gadgets. What was really nice was the owner's personal touches. She had a welcome package awaiting us (chocolates, apple cider, popcorn, bowl of fruits). Patio was also very nice and cozy with a full bbq setup. By the way, if you have any questions the owner is very prompt and responsive. Overall, excellent stay and would not hesitate to come back or recommend.

Family vacation

The property owner was very friendly and responsive. The unit had too much stuff in it. The kitchen counters were filled with nick nacks to the extent that they were hard to use. It felt too cluttered with personal items for a rental unit. Because of this, we wouldn’t rent again.

Absolute Perfection

Absolute perfection best describes this home and the communication we received from the owner. From the moment we stepped into the home we felt the cleanliness, organization and upgrades in the home were far superior than other VRBO’s we have stayed at during our extended trip. I am tough to please but was blown away! My wife is a staging professional in real estate and was impressed as well. The home had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay! Parking is a breeze with both outside and covered parking and the amenities were plentiful as well with tennis, basketball, gym, pool, etc. 5 stars for sure!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!
