All within minutes! Avoid the congestion of high traffic and enjoy porch views of the majestic red mountains. Top it off with access to the largest privately-owned pool and clubhouse in southern Utah!

The townhome is stocked with all the necessary details to make travel easy: high-speed internet, smart TVs, games, pool towels, etc. Brand new pots, pans, silverware, bedding, and 4 new electric scooters!

PERFECT place for a family trip to Zion. This was one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever rented. Clean, spacious, great neighborhood, close enough to Zion without being amidst the crowds. And if you ask my kids, the highlight was the pool/lazy river. They are already begging to go back. Great communication from the host beforehand. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic property for visiting Zion National park! The amenities at this spacious townhouse are endless. The owner has thought of everything to make this a true home away from home. Room sizes and layout are exceptional. Everything was super clean. The unit itself is beautiful, and is in a peaceful community with a great pool, which is only a short walk from the unit. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Our kids loved the pool in the afternoon after a morning of hiking in the heat. The house was great. We had an issue with WiFi due to the heat that the host was very helpful with. She responded quickly to help us figure it out. Some of the houses in this neighborhood are managed by companies but this one is privately managed and it shows. The kitchen was really well stocked. Even ziploc bags. I was very impressed.

After a last minute lodging issue, Alissa arranged in 24 hour notice cleaning and we were fortunate to stay. Can’t say enough good things about this property!! Even better in person. Perfect after a long few days hiking. Thank you!!

Excellent Family Stay

This property is fantastic for families. The kitchen is truly well stocked, there are toys and games, and the clubhouse and pool area are clean and fun. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The townhome was perfect size for a family vacation. Large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The community pool and hot tub were very nice and conveniently close. The ping pong table and optional scooters were fun. We enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable stay

This condo was a great place to stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds/pillows were comfortable and we slept well. The pool is an awesome bonus! We would easily stay here again if in the area.

Perfect for our needs!

Took a trip with friends to explore the natural parks. Perfect place to stay, 5 mins from Walmart, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views. Clean, beds are very comfortable. Would stay again!

Perfect retreat

Stayed here while we visited Zion. Place is perfect for a family. It was clean and furnished nicely. Well supplied kitchen and open concept. Highly recommended.

When we decided to get a vacation home, Southern Utah was the obvious choice. We had done tons of research for the entire area, and Zion Village had everything we were looking for! The pool area has so much to offer that my kids can spend hours and hours there. Definitely the best amenities of any place I’ve seen in Utah. It feels like a real vacation destination with all the convenience of home!

We love the views from the back porch and the peace of not having anyone behind us. When we travel, we appreciate the convenience that comes with a garage, to stash toys or take off muddy shoes, and a full-length driveway to cater to multiple vehicles or trailers.
