This rental was beyond expectations! Besides the property itself being beautiful, full of accommodations, all things labeled, super clean well balanced hot tub (*Rare*), every time you look out over the patio you are gifted with breathtaking views. Easy access to Zion National Park literally a straight shot in 20sh minutes. 100% would book with Elizabeth again!

We went to hike Angel’s Landing in Zion and found a jewel of a place to stay. The owner called me and let us check in early.She even called us after we left telling us of some items we left behind - and she mailed them to us. If your group is planning on renting 2 or more hotel rooms in the area, this is the biggest no brainer you will find. This place has 3 nice bedrooms plus a huge bunk room for kids. Also a huge hot tub. Touchdown!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful property with spectacular view! Very clean and spacious! The swim spa was awesome! The hostess’s daughter was very nice and accommodating. The only downside were the mattresses. With two people in bed you would tend to both roll toward the center. Very little support. Still I would recommend this property to others.

I had a great stay with my family! We loved the hot tub, gorgeous view, and my 3 year old son loved playing air hockey and cornhole. Parking and check-in was easy, and everything was very clean. We hope to be back!

We loved this VRBO! It was spacious and clean. Located a perfect distance to Zion. Grocery store was close, felt very safe, views were amazing and everything was well stocked. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of outdoor activities.

We had a wonderful stay with Elizabeth. The property was perfect for watching the sunset and relaxing after our days of exploring. We also enjoyed the swim spa. Elizabeth was very responsive when I had questions. Thank you. We hope to return soon!

We were a group of 9 (2 families and one couple) and were very comfortable. Beth was extremely responsive & helpful in answering all of our questions. Swim spa was a wonderful treat (and super clean!); we also loved the outdoor deck space & table top fire. Lots of game & puzzle options too!

The location was great for exploring Zion and the surrounding area. The kids loved the giant hot tub every night. It was extremely spacious and a great value. It is a basement apartment so there was noise from upstairs, but the upstairs occupants were courteous and as quiet as could be expected.

Amazing views, house was clean with everything we needed in the kitchen, and host was friendly/responsive. I would book again for myself and a larger group. The hot tub is huge and well kept.

Perfect stay

The property had plenty of space for our family of 5. Love the hot tub and the view to the city. The location was great: easy to get to Zion, Hurricane, Cedar City but in a small town out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend!

Close to Zion beautiful nite lights overlooking town

Was a great place to stay while we did day trips to Zion. Accommodations were wonderful and the house had everything we needed for cooking. Bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the back patio at night with sunset views and night lights.

Family Vacation

Very beautiful place to view the sunset after your day in Zion! Gorgeous swim and hot tub, large enough for our big family! Super comfortable beds! Lots of games were provided for our enjoyment! We enjoyed our time here!

Great experience! You are downstairs with people above you, but you still have plenty of privacy! Parking was also perfect! I typically do not enjoy hot tubs/pools that much, but the swim spa was amazing after hiking in Zion.
