Easy walk... 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and shops – quiet neighborhood. Trolley is nearby too! 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 8.
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and screened porch. Parking at house for 2 cars. One Bethany Beach parking permit. No smoking. No pets.
1st floor: Queen sleep sofa, TV/DVD; hi-speed wireless internet; DR – table seats 6; counter seats 4; pub table seats 2; microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee maker Keurig and Mr. Coffee; washer/dryer; front porch with swing, screened porch; ceiling fans; Both a charcoal and gas grill on ground level; outdoor enclosed hot shower.
2nd floor: MBR – queen; BR2 – 2 twin beds; BR3 – 2 twin beds; BR4 (very small) – daybed; hall full bath; NO pets or unsupervised group of young people; local calls only on phone. TV in Master and in one twin bedroom.

We have stayed at the beautuful home for 5 years. Walking distance to Bethany Beach, we come every year around the same time for a biking event. We have 7 of us and we fit comfortably in this home. Beautiful location, beautiful area, The owners Barb and Ed are awesome and and easy to work with. We absolutely love it here and plan on staying again next year. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect, plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The hosts provided all of the necessary info in a timely manner and were responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay at the property. The place is right on main drag which makes access to the beach, shops etc easy. House is well stocked with board games and amenities.

Awesome place!
We have rented from Ed and Barbara for several year. They are awesome to deal with..great communication... Beautiful home and great location. Walking distance to the beach/ restaurants. We just love it here and we will be back

Great Stay
We had our vacation cut short due to a family issue but the owners were super accommodating with our schedule and allowed us to check in early and check out late as long as there were no other guests preceding or following us. The home is beautiful and very close to the beach and other destinations. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Long Weekend Getaway
The place was very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach and boardwalk, yet far enough away that it was quiet. Great location to stay in Bethany and will definitely return. The owners were responsive when I reached out to them as well.

Loved this house for a week with our kids. House was clean, well-decorated, and full of vacation amenities like an outdoor shower, multiple TVs, and two porches. Ten minute walk to boardwalk and Bethany shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

This property was exactly as advertised. A very short walk to the heart of Bethany. Would definitely recommend

Family Time
We had a wonderful experience staying at this lovely home. The property is beautifully maintained and ideally situated close to everything we needed, making it very convenient for our visit. The owners were exceptionally responsive, thoughtful, and truly wonderful hosts. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful time staying so close to the Bethany Boardwalk — it was such a treat to be able to walk there! The house was great and had everything we needed. While the kitchen was a little small for our group, we made it work and still enjoyed cooking and spending time together. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Peaceful Paradise
Everything about this place was perfect. Beautiful inside and out, with lighthouse themed artwork throughout that really made the stay away from home feel like home.
It had all the amenities (two grills, outside shower, games) with only a short 10 min walk to the beach.
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great location
great location for the cost and the house is very nice! We’ve stayed here twice and both times were excellent. Easy 10 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Nice bikes and plenty of beach chairs included. Hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend!

What a surprising gem!
This is a beautiful & well maintained home - it’s easy to see the intentionality given to ensure renters enjoy their stay. From the cleanliness throughout, to the well ordered kitchen, to the comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch, the quiet location & the short walk to the boardwalk. We would love to return!

Beach vacation - excellent
The house and location were great. Just an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The beach parking permit is a huge plus. Owner was very responsive to a minor issue. Lots of beach chairs and stuff available to use.

Convenient to Boardwalk, clean!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental. Very comfortable and clean, and just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a beach cart and beach chairs so you don't need to bring your own. Lots of dishes and hlasses
