This bright and airy summer home is a perfectly renovated getaway that offers 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds along with 3 new bathrooms and a spacious outdoor shower . Enjoy the gorgeous interior, complete with amenities like brand new HVAC, WiFi, 2 large screened in porches ( front and back) , Smart TVs', full size washer/dryer, gas outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen and diningroom. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

We had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space was welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the property was well maintained. We look forward to coming back!

We loved this nostalgic beach house with two screened in porches and comfy family room. The proximity to the beaches and town was perfect and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and bars. Our family really enjoyed the living space. Having the master bedroom in a separate section was a bonus for privacy and noise management. We would love to visit again next summer! It’s the perfect family getaway.

Beautiful comfortable home with lots of space — Master suite, two screened porches, high ceilings, and hard wood floors. Very convenient to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Lynn was very communicative and helpful.

This is a lovely beach house - very well decorated, clean and close walking proximity to the ocean and downtown.The owners were extremely accommodating and willing to assist with any issues. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the house - the screen porch was great and the location was hard to beat - so close to the beach and town. However, there were a few issues with the house. It did not come equipped with toilet paper or garbage bags. Based on the listing, we did not expect to have to run to the store immediately to grab these essentials. Also, the air conditioner was not able to keep up on the hottest of days that we were there - it struggled to cool the house below 85 degrees on those days.

Annual Bethany Beach vacation.

The home is a charming beach house, very conveniently located to the beach and town. We are a family of 7 and were all very comfortable. The outdoor living space is wonderful. Lynn is an excellent host, she is very responsive and accommodating. We had another lovely stay in Bethany.

Great Place!

We had a great stay at this property and really enjoyed the place. Loved the big porch (especially the TV :)). Very cozy and had everything we needed. Great access to town and enough parking for everyone.We could even see the 4th of July fireworks from the front porch.Had great comms with owners and they were very attentive.Will definitely look into this place again next year.Thank You!

Lovely Beach House

It was an old school beach house and we loved it!! Very charming! Well kept and it had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and to town!! Quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect fit for 7 adults and a six month old baby. Very comfortable! Property host was amazing. Very responsive!! Thanks Linda for everything.

Close to beach. Three parking spaces. Beach chairs available. Easy check in. WiFi. TVs. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Downsides: the AC did not work well at all, most notably in the main house. We were dying every nite and there was no reason why. The master bedroom is huge and stays much cooler. It is completely separate from the rest of the house - important to know if you have kids in the other space as you won’t be able to hear them coming and going. The master has its own full bath and the washer and dryer are in there. The other three bedrooms - for up to 6 people - share one tiny full bath and one powder room. There is very little space, very little, especially if you have teens or women. Few hooks when hooks should be everywhere in a beach house. I wish the layout of the house was easier to decipher from the listing - a floor plan would be really helpful. Also, the sliding door shades were missing panels, the door to the washer and dryer is impossible to open and close. The house is just old and needs a lot of updates. The screened in porches were nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Menus and other info about local activities would have been nice. Games available were for little kids so bring your own if you have teens. Outdoor shower was nice. Several people used it as their main shower since space inside was so limited. We rented towels and sheets from Gale Force. No issues. Overall - comfortable but could use a refresh and the AC needs a tune up.

Thank you for your feedback. Our house is one of Bethany’s original houses built in the 60’s. While “old” , it is completely updated and modernized. The layout of the house is explained on the VRBO website so the renters are aware of the floor plan. The central air is a two year old unit and had we known you were having issues we would have had it looked at immediately. We strive to make our renters have the best stay as possible and we apologize for that. As far as the shades, had we known they were broken we would have had them repaired as well. Thank you for your suggestion for more hooks and we will do so! We pride ourselves in trying to make our renters vacation the best it can be. We are only a text away should there be any issues during your stay with us. Again we appreciate your feedback and hope you had a nice family vacation in Bethany!

Our stay was great overall! The house was in a great location to walk to the beach and to Bethany Boardwalk (which we went to almost every night). The house was set up perfectly for our family with a large bedroom and bathroom off the screen porch separate from the main house. The screen porch was amazing & we spent a lot of time out there!
