The perfect home for your family vacation memories!

This gem at the beach could be your getaway this spring, summer and fall!

Villa Villekulla is fabulous family rental on a nice quiet street...close enough to walk to the beach and downtown but far enough to be able to sit back and relax on the covered back deck after a day in the sun. We are honored that once guests stay with us they book again year after year.

The property is available for Saturday to Saturday rentals.

We are so excited to share updated photos of the new dining room and back deck addition. We've added an additional dining room (doubling the living room space) expanded one bedroom and doubled the deck area to give you even more room in this great family rental.

With new wood flooring and paint through Villa Villekulla has never looked better! We are so excited about the new renovation and we'd love to have you spend your summer week with us!

This lower level duplex is a wonderful, cozy family rental and it's never looked better! With a bright interior, granite countertops, wood flooring, along with a shaded back deck and fenced in backyard perfect for little (and big) kids to play in...it's one of the nicest family rentals right in town.

All the bedrooms have new wood flooring and there is a TV in every bedroom as well as the family room. Boosted WiFi is available as well.

Located on a quiet street, Villa Villekulla is a great family rental. Just three and half blocks from the beach, one and half blocks from downtown Bethany Beach. It's an easy stroll or a hop on the .25 cent trolley which stops right in front of the house. The newly expanded library is right around the corner and has great story hours and activities and a great playground is a block away.

Spend your days at the beach and your evenings walking on the boardwalk, kite flying, or shopping in one of the many shops. Want to go out to dinner? No need to get into your car as Bethany has a number of restaurants including Mango's, Patsy's, Bethany Blues, Pie and the new Ropewalk and Hideaway. If you are looking for more evening entertainment Dewey, Rehobeth Beach and Ocean City are both minutes away. Outlet shopping (tax free) is just minutes away in Rehobeth.

We absolutely loved staying here! Andrea was wonderful to work with and so accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortably fit my family! The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and to town. We are looking forward to booking here again in the future.

Fantastic Family Stay in a Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Bethany Beach with our 7- and 4-year-olds. The home was clean, tastefully decorated and furnished inside and out, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Showers were great, and all appliances were in good condition. The location is unbeatable; easy walk to the boardwalk and the trolley runs right down the street. The host was very responsive and friendly with any inquiries. Great value overall!

Another great week!

We have been staying here for 4 summers now! We can’t say enough how thankful we are to have found this gem! Andrea and her husband are wonderful and attentive! We love our surprise visits from Leo! My favorite was napping on their new porch! The house is always clean and fully stocked on appliances, everything you need they have! See ya next year!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay SO much. The home was very clean and accommodated our family of 5 nicely. They provided everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The owners were helpful and accommodating. The best part of this rental was the outdoor area. We spent a ton of time playing board games at the huge dining table on the back porch. Loved having a nice grill to use also! We rented bikes and my children enjoyed riding all through the neighborhood.

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay. It was very clean and nice temperature throughout. Location was great being a short walk to town and library. It wasn't obvious on the site that there were no linens on the beds and no bathroom towels. We had to go out of the way to get them. Also a big disappointment was there was no tub in one of the bathrooms like it shows in the picture. We took this into consideration when booking because we have a small child who takes baths. I wish I was notified of this when the change was done.

Mid AUGUST week long stay

Very comfortable, lovely home! Loved the large outdoor shower, outdoor seating for dining and playing games! Owners were very responsive to an issue we had! I would stay again and would recommend highly! Great Location!!!!

Amazing Stay!

We have stayed in Bethany for more than 10 years and this is our favorite vacation house so far! Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location is so convenient and the home was perfect for our group of 6 - plenty of space and the outdoor area was an added bonus! We loved sharing meals and playing games in the bright and roomy dining area too!

Great place for our family of six

We loved the house and the location. Easy walk to the beach / town center but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The setup in the house was great, with plenty of space to sleep, cook, dine and relax indoors or out. Owners were helpful when we had questions. We appreciated the beach chairs, cart, and umbrellas. Renters: be sure to bring dishwasher detergent; it's not provided.

Best location

The location is awesome. Short walk or drive to the boardwalk. House is wonderful and great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Close to grocery stores and produce stands to pick up all you need to make a meal. Also a great location if you’re wanting to take a day trip to either Ocean City or Rehoboth Beach. We can’t wait to rebook!

Wonderful vacation home

Very nice updated house, everything was clean and the kitchen pretty much had everything you could possibly need for cooking. Very close to the beach, we drove the 3 minutes to get there because we had lots of stuff but easily walkable in 10-15 minutes. The owner answered very quickly when we had a few questions, my only complaint was it stated there was a tub/shower combo but it only had showers. We managed just fine though but mentioned changing it in the description.

Bethany Beach Vacation

We had such an amazing week!! This house was absolutely amazing and had everything you could possibly need. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Andrea and Jerry were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The location was great. Close enough to beach to walk, bike or even drive if needed to transport all your beach stuff. Parking was never an issue for beach access for us but could have been the week we went also. The town of Bethany uses ParkMobile and rates are $3/hr. But one of the biggest bonuses for this house is the Trolley will pick you up right in front of the house and take you to the boardwalk within minutes. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Bethany!!

Great Stay in Bethany Beach

Wonderful stay at Andrea and Jerry's! The house is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable week at the beach! We loved the neighborhood and the easy walk into town. We also caught the trolley which goes right by. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and look fantastic, but one note is that there is no longer a tub! Luckily our 4 year old loved the outdoor shower, as well as playing in the fenced in yard! We would definitely love to return here in the future. :)

Lovely home near the beach

We had a great vacation here. The property was clean and well appointed. Outdoor shower was terrific. Smart TVs in every room were a hit with our teenagers. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Thank you for the wonderful week!

Summer vacation

This house was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. Having 2 full nice bathrooms is a plus. The large back porch was nice to sit after a day at the beach along with the front porch for morning coffee. The location was close enough to the beach to walk. Overall it was a great family vacation.

Clean and Convenient

This property was perfect for our family! It was clean, well stocked and easy to access/communicate with owner. It was a convenient walk to the Bethany Boardwalk and beach. We will definitely rebook in the future.

Great rental

Had a great time at this place. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler. Clean, cute decor, great backyard and patio. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk.

We love the beach house, our kids grew up here (starting when they were 3, 5 and 7) and now come back to visit as adults. We spend our summers quietly in the upper unit and are available for any questions you might have. Leo (our lovable dopey rescue pup) is the house mascot and stays with us upstairs...it is truly our home away from home!

Collins is just a few blocks from the hustle of the boardwalk but is a nice quiet shady street. The best of both worlds!
