We loved the condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, great view! Beach chairs, and other beach accessories were provided. Beds were comfortable as well. The condo complex does a great job keeping the pool and facilities clean. Owner was very promptIn communicating with me. We definitely would consider staying there again if we return to Marco.

We had a lovely time, apartment was well equipped even managed to cook a Christmas supper!!!

We had a wonderful time and so much wildlife and activities to explore.

Tiger Tail never disappoints

Great property and great location. Can literally walk to all your needs and not too crowded. Would definitely rent this place again!

Great Vacation

The property was excelllent with fabulous views. Highly recommend and would stay here again.Lots of nice extras in the unit like lounge chairs, games, beach towels, all the kitchen necessities, etc. Having stayed in a lot of rentals having these comforts really makes a positive difference.

Annual Marco Island visit

Our condo is always very clean. Modern decorating.South Seas has very secure grounds. Well run pool atmosphere. Marco Island never disappoints.

We really appreciate staying at a property that offers great views, easy access to the beach and restaurants and town. Ken is always a very gracious host and is readily available to answer any questions. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ken's condo. If we had anything at all negative to say it would be we would have loved to have a king size bed in the master.

My husband and I thought that this was one of the nicest condos we have stayed at. It was beautiful, well stocked, super clean. Ken could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Another perfect stay!

This was our second visit to this property. And reservations for next year as well. The owner, Ken, is so easy to reach and talk to. He is always concerned about your happiness with the space. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for a visit to Marco Island.

Excellent stay in Marco

Excellent property. Great location. Beautiful wrap around balcony, giving amazing views in 3 directions, including great sunsets. Ken was very responsive to any inquiries. Though we only had 2 people, condo could easily accommodate 4, lots of room. Would book South Seas again, and Ken's place would be my #1 choice.

Great experience and condo

Simple check in and check out. Owner was very responsive. Condo is exactly what the pictures present - very nicely updated and extremely comfortable. Great views. Entire condo complex has private access and all amenities were available whenever we wanted. Overall great experience.

Amazing

This was such a great experience and such a wonderful stay! It was very clean and the views were amazing and breathtaking. The property is located in a great location with a great view of the Gulf as well as a short walk to the beach. We had an amazing vacation and look forward to coming back soon. The owner was very great as well and was quick to respond. Thank you Ken!
