SEA WINDS 1201 Beach Front Getaway with spectacular views of the Gulf!

Enjoy waking up to spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach from your 12th floor private lanai. Your just steps away from a morning walk, swim, shelling or perhaps a beach yoga class.

Sea Winds 1201 has been a popular rental for many years and is now under owner management. We take great pride in welcoming you to the island, and our family friendly comfortable getaway.

Our charming condo sleeps 6. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and living room queen size sleeper sofa. 1 full bath with tub and1 full bath with shower.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes Keurig K-Cup single serve and carafe coffee station.
WiFi, 3 flat screen TV's.
Your personal beach locker houses 6 beach chairs, umbrella and a beach wagon. Beach towels, 2 large beach totes and small cooler are located in the condo.
High chair, pack 'n play and many other items are available for rent through local businesses. Please inquire with host.

We have an assortment of games and cards for those rainy days too.

Tennis and Pickle board courts, pool and spa.

Eat, Play, Beach & Shop! When it comes to activities there is something for everyone on Marco Island. We recommend the (Marco Review, phone App) to learn more about the latest events and activities on land and water; restaurants, happy hour, live music, parks and much much more!
There are movie theaters, gift shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants and yes a, TIKI bar, all in a 5 minute walk. Sunset Grill restaurant is right next door for a quick bite or take out.

If your fortunate enough to be on Marco Island between mid November and
April, the Marco Island Farmers Market is open for business on Wednesday's. Please check flyers posted in lobby and elevators for exact dates and time.

Clean and renovated

Appliances are great (work well and very quiet). Beds are comfortable. I would like to see smaller nightstands and a king size bed in the master bedroom. View is great. Nothing between you and the Gulf. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the floor could have been cleaner. I gave 4 stars for the check-in process because the keys and lockbox are kind of clunky. A keypad lock would be much nicer.

Relaxing with a beautiful view

We loved the proximity to the beautiful beach, having our coffee on the corner balcony while enjoying the view, and walking on the beach every day! The condo is very well appointed, and we had everything we needed.The patter of little feet from above us was a minor issue which we ignored, and obviously wascout of control of the owners.We would give it 5 stars. :)

Teresa's place was just perfect! The location couldn't be any better - just steps from the beach and amazing views from the balcony. It had all the essentials that we needed along with other thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend and hope we can return next year!

Marco Island vaca

Condo was awesome! It was super clean and had everything we needed, along with great beach gear. Teresa, the host, was always responsive to our questions and provided great suggestions for Thanksgiving dinner. It was our first visit to Marco Island - and we are already excited to return.

Getaway with friends

Loved the location! The view from the balcony is unbeatable! The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. There were even beach bags to get our things down to the pool/beach. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building staff was wonderful and Teresa was great to work with and communicate with. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to be back!

Great condo and location

Teresa was so fast responding to every question I had. My husband had a medical issue and we were in the hospital for 4 days and Teresa was so generous to let us check out late on our last day. It was very kind and thoughtful!! Love the condo and all the extras. There were lots of extra towels, beach towels, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony!! Can’t wait to come back again!!!

Great location with plenty of amenities at hand. Lotsa kitchen wares, bedding, towels, toiletries, etc. In condo washer & dryer. Tons of beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and cart. Great views and terrific location. Super clean and comfy.

Wonderful Vacation

Despite the storm at the very beginning of the week everything turned out great. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Communication with Teresa was outstanding. Would definitely come again.

Great Family Vacation!

Absolutely great place to stay on Marco Island! Condo has stunning views of the gulf (including sunsets), all of the beach necessities, and was super clean. Highly recommend this rental! We will be staying here again and again! Owners are also very responsive and helpful with any questions.

We had a great time! Teresa was very responsive each time I messaged. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to get started. My only complaint would be the ac had a hard time keeping up.

We had such a wonderful time in Marco Island and so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The ocean views were beautiful and having access to beach chairs and umbrellas for days on the beach was perfect. We had everything we needed in the condo to make our stay comfortable and we would love to stay again. Thank you!

Priceless Views - Gorgeous Condo

Better than advertized!! Pictures can't capture the beauty of the panaromic views of the Gulf and the amazing Sunsets (and moonlight in the early morning over the water). Faboulously appointed condo with everything you need for an amazing week. Teresa & Greg are thoughtful and considerate hosts who have taken care of every detail. We enjoyed proximity to the beach and pool as well as walking distance to restaurants (Fin Marco has amazing fresh seafood! Make a reservation, you will be glad you did! Thank you Teresa & Greg for the recommendation)! This condo is a true Marco Gem! We highly recommend this condo and location at the Sea Winds. We will definitely re-book and we can't wait to stay here again. Enjoy (just dont take our week)!! :-)

Awesome place!!

Great condo with a great view! The hosts were wonderful and they were quickly on top of any questions we may have had. They had all the beach amenities you would need and even a cooler! The condo was very clean and well kept. We love Marco Island and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo!

The condo was an end unit. Tons of light. Couldn’t ask for better amenities. From the beach equipment to the kitchen, they have everything you need. Comfy furniture. Owner’s response was immediate. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking!!

Stayed in this condo for a week with our daughter and son-in-law. Have stayed on Marco Island twice before and this was the best condo we have stayed in. The patio was the highlight, as it was a corner unit with views from front and side. And what gorgeous views. Saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. The unit was fully stocked with the necessities. Was on the quieter end of the beach which we appreciated. Could always find a place to sit on the beach. Had an issue with the washing machine but the manager was quick to fix it. Good communication from the manager. The unit did not provide beach chairs so we purchased our own and left them there hoping that the next renters could enjoy them. Had a wonderful time at Marco Island and hope to return soon

Beach time with the girls!

The condo was exactly as advertized. Loved the corner view and the patio overlooking the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and the beds were comfortable. The pickleball courts on site were a big plus! The washing machine was out of order however and that was disappointing. Overall a very nice area and the condo was perfect for the 3 of us.

We love the warm winter weather, sunshine, boating and swimming, but most of all the fun people!

There is a lot to do for most everyone. Relaxing on the beach, yoga, sightseeing, shopping, great restaurants, water sports, pickleball, live music.. the list is long. Nice that most adventures are in walking distance.
