This is a GREAT place. We took our family and we all had an awesome experience. There is so much room for kids to play and roam. They loved the creek and the pond. The porch space, fire area, and creekside hammocks are all so peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed (Including bug spray - lifesaver!). It was a great place.

This home did not disappoint. We were looking for a place to getaway from the hustle of life and this home hit the spot. Bonus we were able to bring our fur baby. He and my husband loved the creek and pond. The house was perfect, porches were even better. You could hear the water rushing, saw plenty of wildlife. This trip is exactly what we needed. This is definitely on our list to visit again.

Beautiful home and property for a quiet retreat. Loved sitting on back porch listening to nothing more than babbling brook and birdsong. Dined on front porch watching deer graze. Great space to play fetch with dog and cool off in awesome creek. Paved road access meant quick trip to Blue Ridge for dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. The home and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Being pet friendly was a huge plus for us since we were able to have our dog on vacation with us. Communication was great and detailed check in/out information was provided. We would definitely stay at this property again when we return to the Blue Ridge area. Fishing was good in the pond in the early morning before the heat of the day set in. All of the bass I caught were released back in the pond for future guests to enjoy. We really enjoyed having the creek right behind the home and our dog loved it.

Beautiful pet-friendly property very close to downtown Blue Ridge. My pup had a blast playing in the creek on the property, and we made good use of the grill and hot tub. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Camp Bluebird was awesome. The home provided all amenities we needed and is well maintained, with several special touches added by the host. Love the location being off the road, with the pond and creek running on the property. We all enjoyed the creek, especially our dogs. Our visit was peaceful, surrounded by the sounds of water and nature, with a few visits by the deer. Caught and released several fish in the pond and creek. Also, found a few crawfish hidden under rocks.We enjoyed our stay so much, we added an extra day. The check in and check out process was easy. Communication with our host was great, with our question answered quickly. We couldn't of asked for more, and will definitely be back again!

This property is so peaceful! Nestled away on a quaint country road with deer, rabbits and birds. However, it is conveniently located to many activities. Just the spot to rejuvenate and enjoy the area. I enjoyed sitting on the back screened in porch with my dogs for morning coffee with the trickling stream as background noise. The whole 10 acres was well maintained and was enjoyable to walk around. The dogs were provided with bowls and beds. I highly recommend this property and hope to return for another visit.

We absolutely loved this property, and our pups had the best time exploring! Having a few acres mowed was such a thoughtful touch and made the outdoor space even more enjoyable. This is easily one of the most beautiful places we’ve rented near Blue Ridge. The easily accessible creek in the back was truly the icing on the cake. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect spot for pups. They had dog beds and bowls for your furry family members. Location was perfect it was a quick drive to downtown Blue Ridge. Everything is as advertised.

Super clean. Very quiet and restful place. While off the beaten path, it's a quick drive to Blue Ridge etc. Lovely setting for the hot tub for cool evening soaks.

We really enjoyed staying at Bluebird. The house was clean and perfect! We enjoyed fishing in the stream and our lab enjoyed the open land. We will be back!

What a great property! We will be back. Our dogs loved running around and adventuring into the creek. The screened in porch was great to escape the bugs! The grill has been kept up with nicely. Great firepit!
