Very quiet all the way to the top location. Met our expectations for what we were looking for. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Was a good get a way with plenty to do near by.

This was a very nice cabin, very clean, and had a really beautiful view of the mountains and the lake We appreciated that they keep the trees trimmed so they don't obstruct the view. They also have a section of the railing on the deck modified to allow an even better view that's not obstructed by the deck railing - that was a nice touch. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed we've slept in compared to all of the other cabins we've rented over the years. The only downside was there are other cabins all around and close. You don't have much outdoor privacy, and unfortunately for our trip, one of the nearby cabins on the street had a large family staying in it with a bunch of loud kids running around and hollering - playing, but screaming, and there's was no peace and quiet to be found outside on the beautiful deck with the beautiful view.

Our girls ended up able to use the downstairs floor all to themselves with the projector and hot tub, which left my husband and I free to have the upper floor all to ourselves….with the amazing view!

If you're looking for a view go here- if you're looking for ammenities dont expect them to work and don't expect the owner to care or the propery manager to answer. If youd like to look at the view while on the phone with vrbo support for hours trying to be able to leave the property this is the one tor you!

The views are STUNNING! The pictures do not do it justice for how beautiful it is looking out/ off the back porch. The cabin is cozy and exactly what we wanted for our getaway! Convenient to downtown while being out of the fuss!

We stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday and the views from the cabin were beautiful. The space itself was comfortable and had nice amenities like the game room and outdoor area.During our stay we ran into a few issues. We communicated these issues to the host during our stay and he was (quickly) responsive in trying to help troubleshoot and resolve the issues. We appreciated this greatly. Overall the location and views were great, and we made the most of our stay.

Beautiful views. Comfy house with everything you need for a relaxing time. Close enough to town but hidden away on top of the mountain. Amenities as described.

Was a beautiful view. The cabin was clean and very cute. Loved the setup for pets. Very pet friendly. The only issue we had was the hot tub was out the entire stay, but not from lack of trying to get it fixed. Was just unable to fix it. The owner was very communative and responded quickly. We ran out of propane for the fire place the first night and a new propane tank was there the very next day before we got back from our morning hike. Overall would definitely come back.

This cabin is great! Fun for adults, kids and furbabies. Close to everything, but also feels private being at the top of the mountain. You can walk right to the trails for some daily hiking. Nothing can beat the view!! We will be back.

We rented the property to attend our daughters wedding and all the activities for the weekend. I was baking most of the desserts as well as wedding cake while there. We arrived on a Thursday and were checking out on Monday. Everything was in good working order (oven, blender, toaster, coffee pots) I brought all my baking supplies with me. Property is at the very top of the mountain of winding roads so caution trying to transport a 2 tier wedding cake LOL The view was beautiful with many deer!! all our wedding activities went well! Unfortunately, when we returned to our cabin at 5pm on Sunday we found that there was no running water at all. No way to flush toilets, wash dishes, clothes or shower. we contacted local property management immediately. We were told that there is a shared well and if too many people were using it then it could run out! From 5pm until we walked out the door by 7am. we had no water. At around 10pm we had enough to flush a toilet. We left much earlier than we planned because of this. If this would have happened earlier in our weekend it would have been devastating because we obviously needed al the facilities to get ready for the wedding. Disappointed that we didn't know that could have happened as we would never had stayed there.

Everyone wants the rainbow, but not everyone can handle a few clouds. Basically, every Blue Ridge cabin runs on a well system and a few times a year they go dry, mostly holiday weekends. If you can't occupy yourself for a few hours while it refills than you are a hotel person, which is fine. But know who you are. Btw, prop. mgr had a way for you to get the toilets functioning, but you never replied.

The view was magical and steps away from great hiking trails.The cabin is super comfy and the fireplace was amazing! Minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Ingles, Mercier Orchard, and great restaurants. Scott was extremely responsive to our needs which was very appreciated. The kitchen is very basic so bring your favorite kitchen tools if you plan to stay in to cook and dine. We will be back for a future adventure!
