Very updated and clean. No iron or blender on premises as stated. Security in building is very strict. Maintenance was very responsive to a leak that was happening in unit above us. Would stay again!

We loved our stay in this condo. The pools and building were very well kept. The view was incredible, we woke up to dolphins jumping around in the distance more than once. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Some of the bathrooms were a little dated but perfectly fine. Beds were comfy. There were restaurants, an arcade, and beach hangouts in walking distance.

Our stay here was overall a good experience just had some hiccups on the way, however the host was very communicative and helpful with our concerns. We have stayed at the majestic many times and it’s never short of stunning.

The room was amazing with breath taking views. Ample space, relaxing decor. Easy elevator access to pools, hot-tub and bar and grill. Note that there is no blender and bring your own beach towels. We were a family of 10 staying a week. Definitely needed to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper. Walmart delivery is available and a great time saver. Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

When we first checked in we let them know that the microwave and refrigerator were broken. They did nothing to attempt to fix them during our stay. The property was not very clean. The furniture and rug have nasty stains on them. There’s a ton of deferred maintenance on this unit: there’s water stains and paint peeling from the ceilings, some of the door knobs are broken, and all the appliances need to be replaced. The location was good. The security at the condominium is ridiculously strict. You have to wear your wristbands 24/7 and they harass you anytime you walk around the property to see if you are wearing them. You have to check out luggage carts with your drivers license and they don’t want to give you more than one cart at a time. They yell at your kids for everything while in the pool. You can’t have any drinks around the pool either. This was probably the worst stay we have had in PCB. Also, the hurricane was coming and they wouldn’t refund any of our stay but made us put all the outdoor furniture inside to protect it. Would not recommend this unit, condominium, or rental company at all.

everything was good, but there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 4 day trip in a condo that fit 12, so there just wasn’t enough.

Amazing vacation

We had an absolute blast! Loved the beach access, bar directly below on ground level, super close to Walmart for anything needed we forgot! Close enough to walk but convenient enough to just grab car and go explore the city!

Great condo with amazing location!

The condo is exactly like the picture and Emerald Coast was super easy to book with! We loved being so close to the beach and all of the best restaurants! All 11 of us stayed comfortably!

The room was dirty ! Every time I ran the dishwasher the sink backed up and smelled like sewage in the condo . We will not be visiting again. The door messed up while we was there and we had to have maintenance come and fix it so some of the group had to stay up while it was being fixed because the door was wide open and our belongings just exposed . The air conditioner would not cool below 72 most days and this was the first week of September so it was not external hot outside. The washer would not spin totally out and laundry was drenched most times I had to spin it twice . The bathroom tub in the bathroom off of the double bedroom would not drain, it took all night to drain out . The refrigerator wouldn’t cool great so much it has been a problem in past yo the extend of a how and why the fridge is not cooling homemade Manuel in the check in book . Absolutely unacceptable problems one after another .

Great Spot!

We stayed at the Majestic for the second time! This condo was perfect with it's end unit location and being able to see the beach and the pool. Unit was clean and spacious. The property management was great at replying to texts.
