A lovely, well-maintained property - truly looks and feels like a home and not "just" a vacation rental. iThe location was ideal - very quiet and secluded feeling, yet an easy walk to the plaza.

We loved our stay in this amazing house! It was a treat to enjoy all the wonderful art, pottery, rugs and artifacts without having to leave the house. We appreciated the suggestions from the host of places to visit and used their hiking guides and maps to explore the area. The front and back yards were gorgeous in the changing light, with roses blooming and the relic of the old Taos truck in the backyard. We especially loved being able to walk down the lane to the plaza a couple of times a day. This was the perfect spot to enjoy being in Taos! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

An amazing property. Very comfortable and filled with artifacts, pottery and artwork. Authentic southwest style adobe home. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to town. The courtyard is a bonus.

Beautiful home tucked into a cute neighborhood close to town but you still feel like you are in the mountains. Beautiful art inside the home. It was fun watching to prairie dogs while drinking coffee on the porch. My family of 5 adults had plenty of room.

The website didn’t describe how absolutely charming this was! We enjoyed coffee in the outside atrium every morning. The decor was appealing. The handmade pottery was lovely. We had a wonderful time.

My stay in The Adobe Potter's Haciendoh was one of thebest experiences that I've had!It was very clean and very well stocked. There is a beautiful full kitchen and everything you need to cook your meals. The bathrooms have more than enough toiletries and towels are plentiful. The antique furniture, artwork, pottery, and relics were simply amazing!The views were breathtaking. I loved sitting on the veranda in the morning enjoying my coffee. It is a very peaceful and tranquil stay.The Taos Plaza is only blocks away. Its a very nice walk and there are little shops , restaurants and history to see everywhere. Short drives take you to even more amazing adventures.The mountains are gorgeous and very fun to hike.The hosts, James and Monica, made sure that you have everything that you need. If you have any questions, the promptly get right back to you.I absolutely loved my stay. I brought friend with me and she wants to book it for her family for a future vacation.This vacation will not disappoint.

The extraordinary beauty of this home in Taos along with its peaceful setting and convenient location made it one of the best - if not THE best- VRBO experience I have ever had. The host's collection of art, pottery, artifacts and furniture were delightful to study and put to practical use. My travellibg companions and I took advantage of the patio are at night to gaze at stars and I enjoyed watching the prairie dogs each morning as I enjoyed coffee on the front porch. An added benefit was the discovery of Mabel Dodge Luhan's home/retreat at the end of the road ... it just seemed like a fortuitous place for us to land. The practical things ... cleanliness, communication, ease of access and amenities ... 5 star. If we ever return to Taos, we would love to stay again.

Very happy with the beautiful home’s accommodations. Like the close in, yet large property with quiet & privacy and feeling of abundance. Interesting artwork, ethnic collections and artifacts.
