The rental is off of Salazar Rd, it's 1000 square feet, southwestern style, and sits on approximately .500 an acre. There is a big spacious backyard and plenty of parking space. The rental is built of Rastra Block, which is an insulated concrete block, it helps to keep the rental warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bedrooms have skylights, it makes it nice, if you enjoy seeing the stars before falling asleep or if you prefer you can close the blinds. it keeps it nice and dark. NEW: King Bed. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, the fans have 3 speeds. You'll enjoy the radiant heat that keeps the floor so nice and warm. you'll love the beautiful stained turquoise floors. You can also enjoy a cozy fire utilizing the Kiva Fireplace. We supply a bundle of wood for our guests. The walls are made of diamond finish. The sofa's are very comfortable! We just fenced in part of the backyard for pets. In back of the property there is a road named Hatchery Rd that can be used for walking your dog. The pet fee is 55.00 per pet. NETFLIX , Smart TV, WIFI, Fiber Otic. You'll enjoy that your right in the heart of Taos, Galleries, Shops, Stores and much more.

Adorable little cottage

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Her place is beautiful and the blue floors are GORGEOUS. Its very tasteful and appealing, a great location and just has a good feel to it! It was very nice to stay in a 2 bedroom adobe cottage.

Beautiful Casita

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect. The size of the home was just right for the two of us. The owner of the property was very helpful and kind.

Great place to stay in Taos

The pictures in the listing are an accurate reflection of the property. The bedrooms are nice sized with very comfortable beds and linens. The rest of the living space was cozy and nicely decorated. The entire home was very clean. It was a short easy walk into Taos from the property. Zenda is a wonderful host that quickly responded to any questions and made us feel very well. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing Property!

I can't say enough great things about our stay. The owner checked in multiple times to make sure that all was good. The property is close to town and SO comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting Taos!

Lovely spot

Beautiful southwestern home. Roomy and comfy. Great location minutes from the Plaza and good eats. Great yard; perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Had a really nice time and would certainly go back for seconds.

Cozy & comfortable

Cozy property with everything you need. Loved the kiva fireplace and comfortable beds and linens. Easy walk or drive to Taos plaza. On a slightly busy street but I couldn’t hear noise in the bedrooms. The kitchen is small but has the basics. Nice property manager

Nice place, great manager

It was a nice place with a large yard; not all of it is fenced but a good open space for a dog, if applicable. The owner/manager was really responsive and available for assistance if needed.

Great stay close to town

A perfect base for our ski vacation in Taos. We enjoyed the fireplace, heated floors and comfortable decor. The property was a close drive to everything in Taos and had everything we could need. The personal touches provided by the owner were great as well.

Girls Getaway

Perfect spot for visiting Taos with a friend. Close to everything. We visited in the fall and loved walking the neighborhood amidst golden leaves. Host provided thoughtful touches. Enjoyed!

Short & Sweet

Our visit was only for two nights but we made the most of it. Our rental was very comfortable. Loved the size of the yard, privacy, parking and location, location, location :-) Kitchen is on the small size but we had planned breakfast only, a late lunch out and snacks in the evening while enjoying TV and Netflix provided. Rental was spotless. Lounging on the very comfortable sofas in the evening added to our enjoyment. Taos fall colors were amazing!!

Taos Time

Our stay in Taos was a great VRBO experience. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. The location was a very short walk from the Taos Plaza, the shops, restaurant, etc. The property owner was on point with communication before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back.

Just as depicted, clean and nicely appointed, very southwest & homey. Less than 5 mins walk to the shops & restaurants, so great location! Zenda is a wonderful host! I'd stay again!

A GREAT CASITA

The house is easy to locate and ivery convienient to a grocery store and restaurants. The house is well maintained and has some cool furnshings with area guides to attractions and restaurants. The yard is a nice addition to the property. Zenda ia a great host and very helpful for information. Chick in and out is a breeze. We are already planning a return trip in the Spring and hope to stay at the casita again. I highly recommend this property.

Why this property is a great stay, is because it's easy access to all the stores and shops at the historic plaza and all other types of shopping. Smith's grocery store is right around the corner from the property, the laundromat is across from Smith's. You are in a residential area but within walking distance to the historic Taos, plaza. It's cozy and comfortable, has everything you need for cooking a nice meal. In the summer you can sit outside in the backyard, relax and have a cookout.
