Completely upgraded and tastefully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath unit in desirable Seawatch of Vilano. The second floor location just steps from the elevator affords stunning ocean views.

Back patio overlooks the pool and tennis courts just beyond. Fully furnished front patio overlooks the privately accessible beach and ocean. Beach chairs/umbrellas/equipment provided.

Fully outfitted gourmet kitchen includes new granite countertops, new appliances and service for 8. Ceramic tile in living areas, oak hardwood floors in bedrooms.

Relaxing stay with great views

The Seawatch condos have the best views in Vilano Beach. This unit is well-equipped and comfortable for a couple. Martha and Regina went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. It is such a treat to have the beach just steps away, and all of the attractions of St. Augustine are about a 10 minute ride. This condo is a tremendous value.

Vilano Beach Vacation

The condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach and ocean. It has an incredible porch that overlooks the ocean with absolutely beautiful ocean views. The condo was updated, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing too.

Great condo!!

Great condo close to St Augustine! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool!! Condo was well stocked and communication was great! Only minor complaint would be that there were only 2 tall chairs for the outside table and the condo slept 4.

Another truly wonderful stay. This is our third time in this condo and it gets better each visit. Anything you need is there, the views are amazing. Six weeks wasn’t long enough. Regina is fantastic and quickly responds to any questions. Martha is the best as a hostess! Thanks!

I held our 4th annual cousins reunion at this condo! Cousins came from Midwest and we're ready for some warmer, sunny weather! Condo was lovely, with all the comforts of home and what a beautiful view....we were quite comfortable!!! Location was perfect! We would stay there again!

Fantastic Holiday!

This was our 5th time staying at this location. The unit was clean, the view was beautiful, and the property manager Regina was very pleasant and helpful. My family really appreciated the extra holiday decorations throughout the unit. We will be back.

Wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at Vilano beach multiple times before this year but never at this particular condo. We were extremely pleased and impressed! Very clean and well taken care of. The owner was in contact with us via text which was so nice. We will be returning!

A piece of heaven

We absolutely loved our stay. It gave us what we were looking for, peace, quiet, comfort, convenience, cleanliness, million dollar views, amazing sunrises and exceptional beach. another great vacation

This was our 2nd month long vacation at Martha's condo in the last 2 yrs. Again it didn't disappoint. As they say, location, location, location. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise, or the dolphins swimming by, not to mention the great beach. Thanks again Martha, and to Regina, appreciated the early access to the condo. We have stayed at the Seawatch for years! The location is perfect. You can enjoy your day on the beach, in the pool, or downtown Saint Augustine. The condo has everything you need for a week away.

Quiet Condo on the Beach

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this condo. We love the covered deck. It is so nice to sit out there and watch the sun rise. The unit is clean and well stocked. The location is great as it away from the crowds but close enough to dining and shopping. We will be staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay at Sea Watch! The condo was very clean and well stocked and the owner reached out via text message a couple of times during the trip to make sure everything was going OK. The beach in front of the condo is very quiet, so there is plenty of room to spread out. The condo came with chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc, which was very nice. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive into downtown St. Augustine. The views from the balcony are amazing and we saw a lot of dolphins during our stay.We will definitely look to rent again next time we are in town!

Perfect condo, perfect location!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo (the fourth time at Vilano Beach), and we absolutely love it! The beach is beautiful and perfectly situated, close to everything, but not crowded. The condo is perfectly appointed, clean, and lovely.
