The condo was wonderful clean steps from the beach and ocean. Also got to see a rocket launch while we were there with out having to leave. Nice and quiet condo plenty of things to do close by or just relax at the beach

The condo was well equipped, very clean, and attractively designed and decorated, absolutely first rate. Peter, the host was accommodating and helpful with any questions that we had. Great place, great host!

The condo was in great condition with great beach access. A perk was the beach equipment made available like the chairs and toys for kids. We definitely recommend!

Great family stay

Always wonderful
We hung out on the Beach, the condo was clean, and had all the things we required. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property!

Perfect getaway!
Condo was perfect for our stay! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything we wanted to do! It was very clean and the host was wonderful! We all would love to rent again!

Our favorite Cocoa condo
This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. They have everything you need and it’s all great quality! Very clean and well maintained. To have a house on the beach not smell like mildew is a testament to how well it’s maintained. Loved the updated kitchen. Hoping to come back again!
