Welcome in our home ! Everybody is welcome, family with kids, young retired ( snow birds) or just couples who want to spend romantic moments at the beach looking at the sunsets.
You are on vacation, so you do not have to worry about anything. You can just relax and enjoy you vacation.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet.
The vault ceiling will give you a wonderful filling of space. Amenities in the living room include a 55’’ flat TV , Netflix and cable and free unlimited wireless internet. Enjoy your vacation by relaxing in the bedroom watching TV in a very confortable king bed.
The condo is located in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.
At the property, you can enjoy a large, beautiful heated swimming pool with salt water, a barbecue area, fitness center and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access.
You can enjoy water sports, fishing, boating and beach activities. If you want to explore Florida, it is 90 min away from the major attractions like Orlando Theme Parks ( Disney, Universal Studio, Sea world ), 45 min away from Bush Gardens and much more.
Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance.
Just 15 min to St. Pete’s Clearwater Airport and 25 min drive to Tampa Int’l Airport .

Condo was lovely....best stocked VRBO we've ever rented. The pool area was super clean and relaxing and the regular residents there were friendly and welcoming. Easy driving distance to beaches and attractions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean condo stocked with everything we needed. Elena & Erwin were wonderful hosts and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again.

I thought it was cute when we first walked in. It's like the pictures. It was just what my husband and I needed for the two of us, the location was great! The clubhouse is under construction so we were unable to use the weight room during our stay other then that the pool was open. It is on the third floor but the stairs aren't terrible. Our host were easy to communicate with. We could not lock the sliding patio door, that's the only thing I didn't like about the unit. Their instructions for leaving were very simple and they even offered us an early check in. We would definitely stay agin, should we return to the area

Very clean, loved the heated pool, the fact that there was a washer and dryer in unit was great! Close to many things. Loved the balcony view.

Location was great easy access to get to the beaches with a rental car Thought the swimming pool had a hot tub draining into the pool but was a filter aeration system. Hot tub would be nice

Beautiful Condo

Everything was perfect with the condo. Perfect location. Close to Beach , shopping , restaurants. The condo had everything we needed. Heated pool. Timely response from the owners. We will definitely rent from them again.

Beach getaway

Perfect place for a beach vaca! Cute and clean. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Had a couple issues with the outside gate to get in but nothing that we couldn’t figure out on our own. Def recommend!

This was a great home-away-from-home for 2 months! The unit was comfortable and well-supplied. We appreciated the pool & beach equipment. The grounds are well-maintained and we felt safe. Great location to get to Clearwater Beach & Dunedin easily for beautiful sunsets. Fantastic pool and nice fitness room. Hosts were very responsive. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but we considered it exercise. Unit A/C worked well to keep us cool in August! Thank you!

Immaculately Clean, great pool / location. Everything you could possibly want or need included.

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. I will definitely consider it again if in area. Hats off to the restaurant Abe’s adjacent to this location great food great service great people. Nothing bad to say about this place at all not one thing!

Great convenient place to hang your hat for two adults. Everything is at your fingertips

We loved our short drives for us to enjoy our morning walks on the beach. We actually were able to visit seven different beaches all within a 20 minute drive. People were very friendly around the pool. Meet some very nice people from all over. Definitely would consider staying here again

Great stay!

The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It felt like home for my 3 week stay. It's very spacious, has a fully stocked kitchen, and a nice patio overlooking the pool.The location is great. It is a short drive to the bridge that leads to Clearwater Beach, and is close to a grocery store and pretty much anything else you'll need.The hosts were great and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in instructions were detailed and clear.

Safe neighborhood

Pros: Nice accommodations, full kitchen to cook our meals, nice shower, comfortable bed, and pool was beautiful. We recommend this place. Cons: during our stay we tucked away the two handfuls of air fresheners because they were over powering in our opinion.

Lovely Property in Clearwater

Perfect 5-day stay! The property was every bit as nice as advertised. Very comfortable condo, beautifully decorated. Owners thought of everything. Elena and Erwin were great at communicating with us before and during the stay. Condo was in the perfect location in Clearwater, close to the Tampa Causeway but also close to the beaches. Our patio had a great view, overlooking the pool area. The pool is heated & we spent much of our time there. We highly recommend this property!

We are a happy Canadian family from Montreal, Canada. We love snow but we adore the beach . We fall in love with Clearwater beach and Indian Rocks beach. There are so many beaches that you can choose, one different from the other. The sun, the water and the is just magic....Our kids love the heated pool at the condo, so they can have some extra hours of playing in the water.
