Inside, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped cook’s kitchen fit for a several-day stay. Casa Lupe two bedrooms, each with a King bed and adjoining bath, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This sunlit Guadalupe District neighborhood gem is rich with Southwestern charm and includes coved ceilings, vigas and beams, one-of-a-kind photography and art, and a show-stopper kiva fireplace in the living room that unfortunately can only be used with dura-logs which we will provide..

For the warmer months, there are two private, landscaped outdoor living areas - One has a river rock fountain, and the other an outdoor kiva fireplace which can use regular firewood and large portico for outdoor dining.

Beautiful brick and flagstone floors feature radiant heat, keeping the entire home cozy and comfortable in winter. Our unique home has one small step into the living area, an additional step into one bedroom and a step down into that bedroom’s bathroom. While these add to its charm, they could pose a challenge to someone who isn’t fully ambulatory.

Enjoy a 17-minute walk along the Santa River to the Plaza or a 17 minute stroll through the neighborhood to the Railyard.

Casa Lupe Features parking for one car inside the electric gate, and there are two more additional parking spaces off the street outside the electric gate.

The home is cooled by two min-splits in the bedrooms.

We are centrally located so walking and biking are excellent ways to get around. There’s also Uber and Lyft.

There is a train to and from Albuquerque.
