Professional Month to Month rentals considered. Welcome to our Urban Nashville Townhome – a veteran-owned and managed haven for your next Music City getaway! This recently updated two-story townhome boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat for your stay. Our home is 3 miles from BNA airport and 11 miles to downtown Broadway. Centrally located to the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills mall and golfing. If you enjoy lake life we are 1 miles to boat access on Percy Priest Lake. Priest Lake has jet ski, and boat rentals for your group to enjoy day activities. There is also a bustling marina with live entertainment and food 1 miles from our home. Easy access to the interstate and grocery shopping near by. We have a semi private partially fenced back yard with a fire pit for your use. We usually use our travel trailer but it may be parked on the side of our home if not in use. It does not interfere with the use of the driveway or yard.

THE SPACE: Sleeps 8 maximum
Primary Bedroom: King bed designer bedding. Restoration Hardware Bunk bed with trundle sleeps 3 for total of 5 in the master bedroom.

All bedrooms and both full baths are on the second story. Our home is tastefully decorated and has a fully stocked modern kitchen with high end appliances. No additional parking fees with room for two vehicles in driveway and on street parking.
High speed internet for all your devices, bluetooth speaker, Big Green Egg grill, full sized washer and dryer.

You have the entire townhome to yourself we will not be there but we are always available. There is a passcode keypad for check in and outdoor Ring Doorbell cameras for ID verification and security. Please call me if you have any needs or concerns. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay the property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. It is against house rules to disconnect these devices.

Ladies’ Escape to celebrate a 60th Bday

We were impressed with the clear communication with Brandi, and the impressive cleanliness and upkeep of this lovely VRBO. As a group of four women in our 50’s & 60’s, the location allowed us to relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood while still easily getting to all the attractions we wanted to visit

Great week in subdivision

Spent a week exploring Nashville with friends. We found the listing exactly as expected. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well stocked. Owner was very helpful and accommodating and makes the rental easy for check-in and out. A bit of an Uber ride to some venues, easy drive to others - great place to relax after a day of adventures in Music City!

Far exceeded expectations!

Brandi has really nailed the art of short term rentals! This townhouse was stacked with amenities, decorated beautifully, with a full kitchen, nice yard, and great communication from the host. The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to what you need and 20 minute drive into downtown. The neighbors were extra sweet and welcoming. I could go on for ever about how much we loved this spot. 10/10 would recommend. No complaints!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The property was very clean & nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels. And we were also provided with coffee, tea, half & half & other supplies. It was also very convenient to get back & forth from the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

AWESOME EVERYTHING!

The house was perfect… literally! Super clean, smelled awesome, decorated beautifully, furnished incredibly, and minutes to the airport, Nissan Stadium and Downtown. Brandi is an incredible host with excellent communication. The power went out while we were there. While we were still wondering if we tripped a breaker, Brandi reached out with an update from the power company. I joked about one of our guys not getting his coffee and she immediately responded with instructions and a video on how to use the French Press. Definitely saving this one for our next trip!

Girls weekend in Nashville

Property is fully stocked with anything you might need. The townhome easily accommodated 4 adults. The furnishings are nice. The master bedroom is very large and nicely decorated. Location is a close commute to the airport and other attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Nashville Stay

We are so happy that we stayed at this property! It was exactly what we were looking for while we were visiting Nashville. It is a very charming three bedroom townhouse located in a very family friendly neighborhood. The property owner made you feel very welcome and provided excellent instructions on everything. Place was exceptionally clean and inviting. If you were staying in the Nashville area, this is the place to rent.

Great place!! Great host!

Our group was 3 adult siblings and our spouses. What a wonderful and amazing place. 3 beds 3 bathrooms and absolutely beautiful. Our host Brandi was also amazing, she helped out with picking great local eateries and promptly responded to text questions we had. Overall a top notch experience.

Friend reunion in Nashville

The home was perfect for what we needed. A comfortable place to enjoy conversation in the family room and on the back deck. It was well equipped, comfortable beds, and we appreciated the ease of checking out. Thank you Brandi- we would certainly stay there again!

Our Nashville stay

We had a wonderful stay at the home. It was beautifully decorated with a special touch. It had a peaceful and comforting feel. And very detailed on all instructions for amenities. We even and an opportunity to meet the hosts , they were wonderful people. I would definitely recommend this place .

Conference with a splash of fun!!!

We came for a conference at a local hotel and it was a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood only 8 mins from airport and 20 to downtown!!! Beds were super comfy! Everything you needed was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property!

Brandi was an excellent host and the property was amazing. Everything was clean, newly renovated and they thought of everything we could have needed. Brandi worked with us for check in and out, left us a personal note along with music playing when we came in. The rooms were set up perfectly, plenty of room and beds, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had all the appliances and spices we could ever need. Overall it was an amazing stay, we would absolutely return and stay here again!

Weekend Trip

I just want to say this is my best VRBO experience ever! It was exactly as described in the listing. The owner provided everything we could possibly require. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in and everything was so clean. They made contact with us to make sure we felt so welcome and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend a stay here. Would give them 10 stars if it was an option!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay in Nashville. Provides easy access to the airport and was in an area that left behind a lot of the busy-ness of the central core, but was still close enough for a quick drive for restaurants and activities. The home was well stocked with towels and kitchen amenities to make the stay much less stressful. The bedrooms were spacious and living areas accompanied a group of 6 adults very well. Special thanks to the hosts for providing such an easy experience and a great home.

PERFECT GIRLS' GETAWAY PLACE!

We five close friends enjoyed this place immensely! It was beautiful with plenty of room for us to enjoy a 3 day visit. There is a fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook (we did very little though). Every room was very clean. The beds had nice linens and were very comfortable. There were more than enough towels and they were very nice and absorbent. We were able to check in a little early so that was nice, too. I would love to go back here again with family.

Fantastic!

The property is fantastic, and Brandi was a pleasure to deal with. We flew to Nashville to visit our daughter and see a piece of Nashville. The property was central for us. Close to the airport, downtown, and all the sites we wanted to see. The house was very clean, and spacious enough for our party of three. Brandi was great from start to finish. We even asked for a late checkout, which she gladly approved for us. I would recommend this property, to anyone wanting to experience a bit of Music City. Thanks Brandi for a great trip.

Wonderful home and location!

This property was perfectly suited for our traveling group for this trip. The daybed/trundle was perfect addition for us in the master, as well as all bedrooms on the same floor.
