The condo was in a perfect location and safe neighborhood. It was very spacious and was exactly as listed. Our host was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues with check in or check out. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for our week-long stay in Nashville. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-supplied. Our host, Cara, was easy to contact and responded promptly to messages. We loved the fact that we were near Priest Lake (we found the trail to the lakeside) and close to the city without being in it. Highly recommended!

The townhouse was perfect for us. The ground floor master was great for my husband and I while we visited our newest grandchild near by. The location was also very convenient- minutes from the airport, easy access to highway, near great parks.

Surprisingly spacious condo in safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here on the outskirts of Nashville. There was easy access to highways to get into the city, visit the Grand Ole Opry, and other nearby areas.

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook there. Our car was too big to fit in the garage, but the driveway parking was safe and met our needs. The one drawback was the street noise. The house faces a quiet street and neighborhood, but backs up to a busy road. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that there is truck traffic through the night. Also, the street noise made the back patio very uninviting. Overall we were very happy with the place and the host.

Excellent Condo

This was such a nice place to stay. We felt safe, there is a cute little neighborhood to walk, close to shopping and entertainment, and the condo is so cozy. The master bed is super comfy with fluffy pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable, 15-20 min drive to most attractions, nice quite neighborhood, good communication. It was a great place to return to after the busyness of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

My son Jared moved to Nashville in 2014 to pursue a career in the music industry. After a few years, he established a permanent home with the purchase of this condo, which was perfect in every way for him and his fur baby Simba. Together they made a happy home here -- filled with love, light, and always music.

When we lost our precious Jared in the spring of 2021, we couldn't bear to say goodbye to his home and all the personally chosen things inside it that still characterize it as Jared's Place. Jared's warm, joyful spirit and so many happy memories still reside here. We hope our guests will make some beautiful memories of their own here too.

This is just the perfect location in Nashville, with its proximity to all the attractions yet just far enough from the congestion of downtown traffic. Our neighbors are wonderful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The condo itself is roomy enough for everyone to have their own space and relax after a full day of fun in Music City.
