With our octogenarian parents

This is a clean, well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood.Thankfully, the powder room has a normal height toilet for the elderly with mobility issues.Most importantly, the beds are very comfortable!

Beautiful, cozy condo

My husband, daughter, and I spent an extended weekend at this cozy condo for spring break and the listing does not do this property justice. Book! You will not be disappointed. The beds are super comfortable, kitchen has all the appliances and things you need… lovely place

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable, 15-20 min drive to most attractions, nice quite neighborhood, good communication. It was a great place to return to after the busyness of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again when visiting the Nashville area. Very spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Great Condo

The condo was very nice and very spacious. It was also in a really nice neighborhood. The master suite was large and the master bathroom had a giant tub, dual sinks, and a shower. The living room and dining area were nice and the kitchen was large and fully stocked.

Great property!

This condo was perfect for our group of fours needs! It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood but close enough to any attraction. It was clean and neat and the owner was so sweet! 10/10 recommend this property!

Visiting Family in the area

We loved this place! It is in a very nice area of town, the house was neat, tidy, and very clean. It was spacious enough for all of my family to spread out! It felt so comfortable, we felt right at home. Thank you for sharing this home with us. :-)

Fantastic stay!

We booked this place for my 50th birthday trip. We (me, hubby, sister in law and her hubby) had never been to Nashville and this place fit our needs perfectly! Excellent location to downtown and in a great neighborhood! Every attraction we wanted to see was within 20 min-cant beat that! The 2 ensuites were perfect!!!!! House was VERY clean and had all the amenities we needed! I recommend Fox's Pizza if you want some food delivered-they were amazing (steak rancher pizza)! And DEFINITELY eat at Edleys BBQ- the best BBQ around! Cara the hostess was so wonderful and check in and out was super easy! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip! had a great bday weekend!!!!!

Amazing!!

We were in town for my sister’s wedding and the hosts did absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were soft and clean. Even the pillows were top shelf. Overall, the house felt clean and comfortable. We were convinced it was 10 times cleaner than any hotel room we’ve stayed in.15/10 would stay in again.

Weekend Getaway

The house was very clean and as advertised. We enjoy coming to Nashville and we try to stay away from all the touristy spots and this condo was in the right neighborhood.

Cute Home Near Percy Priest Lake

I was in town visiting family who live near The Hermitage. Very convenient to The Hermitage, Opryland, Percy Priest Lake and airport. Home had two nice bedrooms and a loft with pull out couch.

The condo was great. It was clean and big enough for our family. The kids enjoyed the second floor. It was close enough to anywhere we wanted to go without being in the city. The neighborhood was quiet with no issues. We would stay again if available.

Nashville Fun

The 4 of us came from Green Bay, WI to have fun in Nashville, and we did. Parked our vehicle once there and used Lyft. It was awesome! The condo was perfect for us very clean AND enough room for 4 adults. Lyft worked out great and all of the sites we saw from the Ryman to the mule/carriage ride to Broadway to Papa Turneys food and blues bands and more. It was a fully enjoyable 3 days!

A great place to stay when in Nashville

We spent five nights at this property. It is a great unit, very clean and well maintained. We had zero issues, and the documentation and communication provided were excellent. Highly recommended!

A native of South Alabama, Cara is an expert at sharing the southern hospitality for which her region has become famous. Cara and her husband Paul love to travel and are always looking for new adventures.

My son Jared moved to Nashville in 2014 to pursue a career in the music industry. After a few years, he established a permanent home with the purchase of this condo, which was perfect in every way for him and his fur baby Simba. Together they made a happy home here -- filled with love, light, and always music.

When we lost our precious Jared in the spring of 2021, we couldn't bear to say goodbye to his home and all the personally chosen things inside it that still characterize it as Jared's Place. Jared's warm, joyful spirit and so many happy memories still reside here. We hope our guests will make some beautiful memories of their own here too.
