Great stay at Old Hickory Lake! Very convenient to everything! We loved the location and the layout of the townhouse. We would definitely stay here again!

A very enjoyable stay. The only exceptions were a garage door that we weren't able to open from the outside (code for keypad didn't work) and a TV that you had to have a subscription to one of the streaming services to watch standard network channels.

It was a very nice property and with walking distance to the pier restaurant and short drive to other attractions. The house offered plenty of room and the amenities were great. The lay out of the house was very functional and the top room offers a place for kids to go to hang out or to play games. We would most definitely stay at this property on our next visit to the Nashville Area. Additionally, we would recommend this property to our friends should they visit that area.

Our family stopped in for 3 nights to tour around Nashville, while on our the way to Florida. Great house layout, very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Garage was big enough to fit our vehicle in too, which was an added bonus! We would definitely book again

The rental was absolutely wonderful. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. There were 3 of us. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. It was very clean. The restaurant on the dock was great. I would recommend it and next time in Nashville we will hope to stay here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is stunning, impeccably clean, and very well-maintained. We especially loved the layout—it provided everyone with their own private space, which made our group stay feel so relaxing and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add curtains on the French doors to the bedroom off the front door entrance to add some privacy to that room. You can tell the hosts take great pride in the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nice to have beds on every floor. Upstairs gets hit. Carpet was very dirty and garage door code didn't work.

Overall the stay was great. I wish that the amenities were clearly listed rather than having to ask. Upon arrival we didn’t know if the code we got was for the garage which I where we were asked to enter and we did request one but never got one. Also there was a broken stool in the garage near the bottom of the stairwell where you enter the property

A nicely appointed 6-level townhome, perfect for a larger group wanting privacy and togetherness. Light glows through well. Near to marina and a popular marina restaurant Sam’s . Easy enough access to downtown Nashville. Within close proximity to grocery stores and nail salons. Comfortable beds. Great for dog for walking.
Preparing food for a shower held elsewhere…was happy for kitchen space separate from shower space.

The place was great for our stay. Small issues like a few dirty towels left in a closet, no dish towels, and there were no parking signs where host instructed us to park. Host responsed usually within 5 minutes to questions. The beds were comfy, but the couch was not. The kitchen had plenty of plates and silverware, but there was only one small pizza pan.

Only complaint would be the curtain rods and curtains were not installed correct and were about to fall off the wall. We were afraid to touch them.

Loved the location!!! We frequented Sam’s a lot! The 4 stories made it unique. Our second time in unit. Can’t wait for next visit.
Was not appealing when I was getting into bed. A little bleach would have taken care of it. Steps up from garage were filthy and we tracked in lots of bugs. Had to turn large rug around so we didn’t keep tripping over the bent corner. Large wasp
