We’re truly sorry your stay did not reflect the experience we want for our guests, especially as a returning PCB visitor. We’re glad the AC issue was resolved, and we want to reassure you that your other concerns are being taken seriously. We’ll have the reported odors, bedding, and overall condition of the condo thoroughly reviewed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these issues can be addressed. We’ll also review the accuracy of the listing photos and arrival instructions to help ensure future guests know exactly what to expect. While the hallway and ceiling are managed by the resort/HOA, we understand that these areas still impact your stay.
