The perfect family beach vacation awaits at this spacious condo located in Miramar Beach. This rental offer views of the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico from its three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a furnished balcony. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to resort amenities including a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, spa, and sports courts.

What's nearby:

The white sandy beaches are just a short walk across the attached skybridge making your trip to the shore easy and safe. Watch native birds and the occasional dolphin while basking in the sun. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance, and don't forget The Royal Palm located inside the complex. The Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall is less than two miles from this unit and offers plenty of unique and designer stores to choose from.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beware, over priced and underwhelmed

The view was about the only plus. Water dripping through the lights in the shower, called day 2, they looked at it and never came back after that which was surprising as the electrical hazard should be concerning. Toilet runs and makes a bubbling sound non stop. Smells extremely musty. Patio furniture needs some care. After 7 stays at Surfside this is one I would not recommend for the cost of the unit and the frustration.

Great time

We had a great stay with no complaints. We love this area and this is a go to location to enjoy a nice vacation.

Room 802

Loved the views from room 802. We did have issues with closet in room with two beds leaked. Water from two floors up dripped constantly for our first three nights before maintenance came to fix it. I love cooking big meals while on vacation and there was not any big pots/pans, crockpot was a small one, not enough silverware.

Not our usual stay

We vacation here once every year. This year and this unit was severely overpriced. I’m assuming you’re attempting to re-compensation for being closed last year due to Covid-19 but your guest shouldn’t have to suffer that. The toilets are too small. The second shower is tight. The place needs an upgrade. It’s definitely not worth the over $4K we paid. Very disappointed.

It's a dump!

For what we paid, this place is garbage. Go somewhere else! The washer had been broken for a month and they called 2 days before we arrived to tell us about it. They told me it was going to be replaced on the second day of our stay, but in fact was never fixed. We had to use the hotels laundry room (which is in really rough shape) but the hotel didn't have a change machine that worked to use them. The door exiting the property to the parking garage was cracked extensively. However for your families safety they put painters tape on it to hold it together. The room itself wasn't too terrible. The kitchen was recently upgraded but the rest of the room was in poor condition. A couple buckets of paint and some new bathroom fixtures are needed for what they are charging for this place.

Perfectly Located

Directly across the scenic highway from the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise waters. Although it is across the street from the beach, there is nothing on the other side to obstruct the view and there are cross walks both on and above the highway for private beach access. The home was clean and spacious with a large balcony, accessible from every room in the home except the bathrooms.

Surf side

The third bedroom was a hotel room that needed updated. The sheets were old, the pillows were worn out but I was able to get new ones. Washer was broken, I was not warned of this. Only had two washers in laundromat area and one was broken. I never did get my laundry done b/c it was always occupied. Manager is to partially refund me for this issue. Neighbor hood was loud , awakened by fireworks and yelling.

Not the best place we've stayed at but it did have a nice view.

Unit is directly facing the water & beach so that's very nice however this unit is way over due for some paint touch-up and minor repairs. A remodel would be nice too as it seems a bit outdated.

Perfect views

If you are looking for great views with lots of space, this is the unit. There are views from each of the three bedrooms and of course the main living areas. The unit definitely could use updating. Especially the bathrooms. Others we really enjoyed! Couldn't have asked for better with the location!

Great view

Spacious well decorated condo with a gorgeous view from every room. Easy check in and check out! Would be a five star except for a few housekeeping items. Lots of light bulbs out, no kitchen spatula, ice maker didn’t work, leak under kitchen sink. I would definitely stay again.
