Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this unit and the pool and views are awesome!

All amenities for the property and complex are fantastic. For us, it is the mid point between the beach and Topeka music festival - walking distance. Also, there are a variety of restaurants near by to meet your needs.

We had a great stay! Host was very easy to communicate with and really helped us out with getting us another night since we were there earlier than expected. The place was beautiful with the most stunning views. 6 of us for quite comfortably there. Very quick walk to the beach and a short drive to the Winn Dixie. Great location.

Such a lovely place!

Everything was clean and in working condition. The decor was lovely. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of lovely amenities in all the rooms. Great location. Great pool! The property manager was so helpful and kind.

Awesome location and view. Spacious condo. Just need some blackout curtains in guest room & have the verticals replaced in living room & master bedroom. Host was excellent.

Perfect Miramar Condo

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. The condo came clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of closet space. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun set. It’s only a short walk to the beach and so convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The owner was very helpful and we had good communication. We would love to stay sgain! Highly recommended!

We will definitely be back! We loved everything about this place. Close walk to the beach, close restaurant, shops, ice cream, etc. the pools are all great-especially for kids (mine are 1 & 3). The host was very communicative the whole trip & always responded within minutes. The condo was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable & the direct view of the beach was incredible. We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the area & this was by far our favorite & the most convenient. Like I said, we will definitely be back! :)

Oh the Views

We enjoyed staying here - nice furnishings, good layout, quiet, spectacular views of the Gulf, fast elevators, plenty of parking, convenient central location, restaurants & shopping nearby. Drinking our morning coffee watching the pelicans & a lady skateboarding with 2 German Shepherds was fun! Condo's light fixtures & fans were updated, but the kitchen appliances, especially the stove, need replacing as do the bathroom mirrors. Property manager Renda was very responsive & easy to communicate with from renting to checking out. We were surprised the condo doesn't include the Umbrella & 2 Beach chairs for rent on the beach - 50/day - other resorts adjacent include them. We hope to return.

Regarding the beach setup: we understand how nice it can be to have chairs set up for you, and while some resorts build that into their pricing, we’ve chosen to provide our own beach gear — including four chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys, all located in the laundry room — so our guests can enjoy the beach without the $50/day rental fee. Gorgeous Pottery Barn feel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach stay. From the boogie board for red flag days to pool noodles for the yellow flag days. Beachchairs, sand toys and even beach towels are available for you to use! Mornings are best sitting outside with a hot cup of coffee watching the dolphins play in the water. As the day goes on the balcony view changes to see beachgoers, boats and airplans. The golden hour will remind you just why you needed this beach vacation and choose Rest Ashored for it. Security is tight but I felt really comfortable and found peace in knowing that people really cared about the property. We never had a problem parking. The property is very centrally located.
