Everything was clean, the house was perfect for me and my family. The garage and driveway were too short for our rental car and we had to park diagonally to keep the vehicle off the street.

Perfect for us as we attended a family event nearby. Tidy, well equipped. room separation afforded family members privacy. Would choose again. Was glad it wasn't any warmer as there is a regulator on the A/C and I was staying in the upstairs room. Downstairs they were comfortable, I was hot.

This home was perfect for our needs. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and had 14 people in total staying here. There were enough beds, rooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus a very comfortable couch on the main floor. The kids enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. I was thankful there was a very nice iron and ironing board for all the tablecloths I needed to iron. Lol. Each bathroom also had a hair dryer which was great for the multiple girls lodging here. My younger boys thought the basement bunk room was so neat!! When we arrived, the code we were given didn't work. I called the rental management company and they were immediately able to give me a different code that worked. I'm glad they were very responsive. We would stay again if in the area.

Overall our stay was average. When we checked in the room in the basement with the bunk beds smelled like vomit. I contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to “clean” which consisted of spraying chemicals on the carpet which improved/masked the smell. The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot despite the AC. Vents and baseboards were dirty. Location was good, but important to note that the unit shared walls with the surrounding units and was not a stand a lone building. Despite sharing walls on both sides of the unit we never noticed a noise from the neighbors.

Perfect location

Location is ideal for skiers.Directly across the street from the Alta/Snowbird bus stop.Hot tub was great.Grill needs to be exchanged for a new one. It’s in rough shape.Bunk beds are ok, but cheap.Couch was very comfortable.Fireplace cranked heat.WiFi was great.Bathrooms were great.Place was very clean.Ping pong table is broken.Would recommend.

Perfect wedding weekend stay!

Everything about our condo was perfect! Location, amenities in the house, hot tub. There was even a nice walking path behind the condo. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Modern 5 level condo

Very nice condo perfect for multi generation family. Basement bunk room great for the kids. Upper level master nice for grandparents, parents took mid level bedroom. Located with park directly behind it. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great stay for ski trip

We had a great stay for a long weekend ski trip. The unit has some noticeable wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. Unless staying on a mountain, hard to beat the location for heading up the canyon. The place is well equipped, comfortable, and having the hot tub was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great house, great trip

We loved our trip to Utah. The house was great - exactly as advertised! Plenty of space for our family, VERY well stocked, and close to the ski resorts. We couldn't ask for anything more. When we make it back to Utah, we will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Salt Lake visit

The house was very clean. We called about the AC not working and management was very responsive. They showed up within minutes and got it running. The only issue was the downstairs sleeping area. Mattresses were very cheap and you could actually feel the springs. Also, we had a large group with several cars, so parking was an issue.

Loved it!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for family photos and everyone loved the rental. The toy area was perfect for my young children while we made dinner or while others were getting ready for photos. The Xbox was a hit for all my teenagers as well. The beds were so incredibly comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The communication from UBVR was fantastic. The location and layout of the property were ideal for our group and spring skiing in the Wasatch.The property could use some maintenance, peeling paint/grout, torn couches, and some rooms had quite an unpleasant odor.

Much thought put into this place!

This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped. Better than most VRBO’s. The unit is decorated beautifully and we loved that there were two king beds. I appreciated that there were extra mirrors in the rooms and night stands and dressers for all our stuff as well as luggage racks. The location was perfect for us. Close to 4 ski resorts, down town and not far from Park City. The tv’s in the downstairs bedrooms were a bit confusing. Did not get live tv or stations. But there was something to watch.

Great family reunion place. Right between Provo and north Salt Lake City.

Nice multilevel home so each familY unit had their own Floor level. Maintenance concerns: Dish washer door does not seal so it leaks During the wash cycle. Master shower drain fill up by end of a shower, about every other night. Dining room table is finish is flaking and covering us with “glitter” every meal. Several chairs are very week so couldn’t use the for fear of breaking them, causing damage or need for a doctor visit. Hot tub was wonderful. Location next to park is awesome. We ate there several times. Beautiful home and the kitchen is well stocked with all possible appliances.

a little disappointed, but okay

Seemed a bit of a strange layout not apparent in the photos. Missing chairs said 8 only 6, video games showed 4 only 2, half of recliners did not function and couch was broken so no one could sleep on it, garbage was full when we arrived. Vans do not fit in driveway or garage.

Perfect Spot for a Ski Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for a group of 7 friends on a ski vacation to SLC. The house itself was modern and had everything needed for the 4 days we were there. Plenty of towels and bedding and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub was excellent after a day on the mountain and everyone slept comfortably in the beds. The downstairs bunk room even had enough room for more people, but we found that the house was very comfortable for 7 adults. The proximity to the canyons is hard to beat. There is a 953 ski bus stop just across the street (4 min walk) which will take you up to Snowbird/Alta in 25-30min. Unfortunately Little Cottonwood was closed for the duration of our stay due to some heavy snow and severe avalanches so we had to head over to Big Cottonwood the whole time, which is not as conveniently accessed via the ski bus. The 953 heading that direction does not start picking up until sometime after 9am, so we had to take Uber/Lyft to the base of the canyon where we could catch the 972. Not really a big issue, but it's something to keep in mind if you don't plan on renting a car. Overall an excellent stay, we would highly recommend this location.

Nice area, not so great house

The access code for check in didn’t work when we arrived, it took over 1 1/2 hours before we finally had someone contact us with a new code to get in. I sent a Facebook message to try and get ahold of someone when the first 7 or 8 phone calls were going unanswered and when I finally got a response back from the message around noon the next day, I told them how long it took and my displeasure and the only response was “sorry to hear that, please let us know if you have any other issues or concerns”, not exactly the best response or even one that sounds like you actually care. The toilet in the half bath clogged multiple times and the only plunger available was not very useful, the day we called was Thanksgiving so I was not expecting someone out that day but they told me they would have someone out ASAP the next morning. We left to go out for the day and called around 2pm to make sure they’d gone out only to be told they hadn’t but they would check on sending someone out. The garage door and front door are extremely hard to lock, the entry floors looked like they were half mopped because they still had black stains when we arrived, the upstairs bedroom quilt had stains on it and 2 of the recliners were not plugged in and we weren’t able to get it connected to be used. Definitely not the 5 star experience that you brag about on your website and phone recordings.

The house and neighborhood was quiet. It’s a tight neighborhood and big vehicles are hard when you have two of them. Overall it was a comfortable and great place for 11 of us for the weekend and close to the places we needed to go.
