3 bedrooms, 5 baths with rooftop bar and deck. Fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. 15- 20 minutes up either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon, close to park and ride, 35 minutes to Park City or 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. Walking distance to coffee shops, ski rental, distillery and restaurants. 5 minute drive to grocery store. Beds are super comfortable with duvet covers and high end linens. Every room has a smart T.V. for streaming and bose wireless speaker. Cleanliness and comfort are my top priority. I also offer a concierge service for a small fee. I will go to the grocery store, liquor store, pick up ski passes and have everything waiting and ready when you arrive.

Awesome!

Everything was amazing. Several amenities provided: toilet paper, snacks, laundry stuff, etc. We didn’t need to purchase a thing for our 7 day stay!!! Sausha was amazing! I would definitely stay here again! Owner shows pride in her condo!!!!

Vacation Race

I was visiting the Salt Lake City area to run in the Big Cottonwood Canyon 1/2 marathon. This property was perfect for me, my husband, & our 15 year old son. VERY clean! Plenty of restaurant & grocery options nearby. We visited Antelope Island, Park City, and Snowbird ski resort while we were there and all of them were within reasonable driving distance from the property. Highly recommend!

Ski vacation

The property was perfect. It’s even better than the photos. Every detail was thought of. The location was great for skiing at Alta and Brighton, also close to the airport and restaurants. The property owner was so accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Our family spent a week here skiing the moutains of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The location was great and the property was fabulous - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well appointed. We would definitely visit again.

Home Away From Home

The townhome was exactly like the photos, extremely clean and exceptionally decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was a reunion of my husband’s two brothers and sister-n-law. We each had our own room and en-suite bathroom. There was an additional 1/2 bath near the living room and a 1/2 bath on the top floor where the roof top patio was located so you didn’t have to go too far. The kitchen has every imaginable cooking appliance, utensil, machine which we hadn’t anticipated using, but because it was so convenient, we had multiple meals in and had so much more fun together. The beds were luxuriously comfortable with Tempurpedic like mattresses and a plethora of fluffy, huge towels. I am a very meticulous guest and it is hard for me to get comfortable anywhere that is not home, but I felt as if I was at home and was able to relax as everything was as Sausha said and she thinks of everything. If you need anything she is a text/call away. Our family is already planning our next trip to stay there.

Beautiful condo, amazing stay

We had an excellent stay - the property was beautiful and immaculately clean, all the details were thought of. Our host was very communicative and helpful. The location was perfect, we really enjoyed the area. Really could not have asked for a better stay, we hope to stay here again in the future!

Roomy and luxurious stay

Totally enjoyed our stay after driving cooped up in our car and trailer from Florida. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the upstairs sunsets were great on the deck. Beds were super comfy and enjoyed the extra treats watching tv with the family. Easy check in and out. There are lots of stairs so make sure everyone can handle several flights. Beautiful mountain view and easy access to get gas or stock supplies. Thanks so much for a relaxing stay in Utah. Can't wait to visit again!

Very nice condo at the base of the mountains with great views! Clean and very well kept with a fantastic master suite! Short drive to local ski resorts. Definitely recommend!

Best Rental Experience Ever!

Our stay and experience could not have been better! Sausha was wonderfulin her communication and check in was a breeze. The property itself was just spotless and beautiful- the photos do not do it justice. Everything in the house is upgraded - from the Crate and Barrel dinnerware to the amazingly soft and cozy linens. Sausha has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and it truly shows and makes all the difference. She had a lovely assortment of snacks arranged, including organic treats for our little one. My family and I stayed for a wedding in the mountains, so the location was perfect! It is also right next to the adorable Sugar House neighborhood, close to many amazing restaurants, and you even have a coffee shop to walk to at the end of the block. Another review mentioned this should be the role model for all rentals and I have to 100% agree. This was by far our best rental experience on any site and made our trip so enjoyable. Next time we are in the area, we will be back!

Amazing place! The rooftop deck at sunset was incredible!

Awesome unit with great amenities.

Unit was one of the most spacious condos I rented in Salt Lake City. There were plenty of kitchen utensils including dishes, cups and silverware. Being skiers, it has a great location and was in a nice neighborhood. Good access to the owners who were very welcoming and gracious. Great trip!!

Fun Ski Stay

Amazing place and location. Just 20-25 minutes to the 4 local slopes. Great Distillery restaurant within walking distance. Sausha was incredible and readily available for any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This should be a model for every rental property. The home is furnished with everything you could need. The location is great for skiing and the glove dryer is an awesome amenity.

Awesome!

I have stayed in many rental properties for vacation and this was by far the best. The location was great for the resorts in the Cottonwood Canyon area. There is good local food options, grocery store, and access to the major highways. The house was outstanding. Exceptionally appointed and every detail thought of. It was very clean and Sausha communicated very well and helped us get our initial supplies. Thank you!

Our Stay

What a great property! Clean, modern, comfortable, and a great central location to go skiing at Snowbird, Park City, or Solitude. Plenty of places to eat in the area and several places to rent skis within a mile or less. The owner has thought of all the little details like an extra toothbrush, plenty of snacks, condiments, etc. All the things you need but rarely have at other rentals!! Even plenty of games and an X-box for the kids

Great Condo

Good condo. Spacious, comfortable and clean, and a well supplied kitchen which made staying and cooking easier. In a prime location with easy access to Snowbird and Alta if you are visiting for the skiing.

I have taken great care to furnish the place with every luxury amenity and comfort to make your stay comfortable. I am easily accessible during your stay for any questions, concerns or recommendations.
