This spacious apartment is located on the second floor and boasts with light, only steps away from Calhoun Square and one block from the city's largest green space, Forsyth Park.

Furnished with modern accents, inviting white shiplap from ceiling to floor, and sliding barn doors, this unit is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living space offers a full-size sleeper sofa, a high-top table perfect for enjoying a morning cup of joe, and full size kitchen for all of your needs.

The bedroom features a Queen size bed, with en-suite bathroom, off of the main living space. The bathroom offers a spacious standing shower, and large vanity with plenty of storage.

Just a block away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, this gorgeous carriage house is also a short walk from other Savannah attractions, such as: Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, shopSCAD, and Alex Raskin Antiques. Head North towards the river for a romantic promenade through the squares. Be sure to stop at our favorite local spots along the way, including: Adam Turoni Chocolates, Collins Quarter, and The Paris Market.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Guests should be wary of the posted Sweep Zone signs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great room and location. Room came with everything promised. Some of the towels, blankets and curtains are ripped or stained/potentially dirty from previous stays or lack of proper upkeep. There was a bit of dust and hair around the edges of each room as well upon arrival. Not sure where the disconnect is but I see it time and time again between owners, rental companies and service companies hired to maintain these properties. Just takes a little more effort all around. Thank you.

We didn't spend much time in the house as we are in Savanah to explore. The place is clean and has everything one might need. The only downside is parking not available.

Such a Cozy place!

It was perfect walking distance to literally everything and is in the most beautiful part of town with historical landmarks right around the corner. The property management was amazing. (im directionally challenged if you will) but she offered to drive down immediately to help me get to the right street and was able to get us a discount for one of the nights! The only thing i wish was different was the couch and tv in the living room.. a little disappointing but it worked out because my boyfriend and I spent most of our time exploring the city anyways.

Everything was PERFECT

I was just in town for a long weekend solo getaway. This place was perfectly suited for my needs- clean, comfortable as convenient to literally EVERYWHERE I needed to go. There’s not an outdoor space, but there is a lovely park just half a block away to enjoy your morning coffee. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and the riverfront is less than a twenty minute walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again either by myself or with my wife along also.

Cute little place in Savannah

The property is in a nice area not far from Forsyth Park. There is street parking there and we never had a problem finding a spot near our place The space is smaller than it appears in the photos, you can fit 3 people but not really 4. It was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again!

Just Because we Could

On our way home to New Orleans from NC beaches and stopped in Savannah just for the fun of it. No expectations. The Carriage House was perfect. Clean to the touch and clean visually. Comfortable bed with crisp white linens. We didn’t cook, but could have. Parking was EZ with parking App and always felt safe. Smooth owner rep liaison. Would book it again.

Walking distance to many places. Easy access and parking. Download Park Savannah app. Bring slippers - two rugs need cleaned but otherwise a really nice place to stay. Would stay again.

Great Location, Small Average Space

Although the place was clean, the furniture was uncomfortable, aside from the bed, which was very nice. The bathroom was also very clean and well stocked. The kitchen however had nothing except cooking utensils. No coffee or creamer to welcome the guest, and no salt spices or cooking oil. For the price and what’s available from other Airbnb properties it wasn’t that great a deal in my opinion. I hope that Lucky Savannah takes this criticism onboard and makes adjustments. It could be a very nice place to spend a few days. (Other issues: No number on the door, and incorrect Wi-Fi info)

A few issues, but overall good.

The place was as described, but we did not relized it was up a long flight of stairs. The small couch is cute but is not made for relaxing very long. We did had an issue with the bedding, but it was corrected. We never could get the wifi to work, so we just tethered off of our phones for work during our stay.

It was small but PERFECT for a long weekend getaway. Very clean and well furnished. We had problems with the wifi but lucky savannah sent someone out to assist us right away. Only downside, the property is right near a construction site so I would wake up very early on the vacation. But only one little blip in the stay. I would stay here again!

Cutest and cozy in great location

This place is just what the pics show. However, the hospitality of the place far exceeded our expectations. We were able to leave our bags at the office of Lucky Savannah until check-in so that we had freedom to roam and play all afternoon. Once inside the cozy apartment, we enjoyed cold water from the Brita pitcher. Also the bed linens were very high quality. And the sleeper sofa was more comfortable than most. When we called after hours to request more blankets for the sleeper sofa they brought them within an hour. All emails were timely and very friendly. Staying in this quaint and convenient apartment only added to our enjoyment of enjoying historic Savannah.

A Cute Little Spot, a Couple of Negative Points

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I am happy with my stay here. I had issues with the internet but they were quickly and helpfully resolved (I mistook the modem for an air freshener, oops). I love this area of Savannah, am very familiar. One thing I didn't see on the listing is that if you part East of Abercorn the parking is free, so if you're staying here in the future keep that in mind for overnight parking, and pay attention to sweep times!My issues were: there is mold on the bathroom ceiling and inside the upper cabinet. Besides that the shower could use a thorough cleaning and de-molding as well. The other thing was that it would have been nice to have the small essentials like hand soap and laundry soap, more the hand soap. Small daily essentials like that I would not have expected to have to go buy for myself.
