Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the location was fantastic and convenient for the park and parade. We’re sorry your stay fell short — we apologize for the parking limitation, the hard pillows, lack of extra blankets, the floor cleanliness, and the lamp not working. These items have been passed to our operations team to add softer pillows and blankets, deep-clean and mop the floors, and repair or replace the lamp. We regret we weren’t made aware during your stay, as we’re local and aim to resolve issues quickly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for your feedback, Gene! We're glad you enjoyed the location and found the parking convenient. Your suggestions regarding the ice tray and blanket are appreciated; we'll certainly look into them. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit! - The Lucky Team
