Charming Apartment on Forsyth Park w/ Parking, No Stairs by Lucky Savannah

Up to four Lucky travelers will feel at home in this ground level apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the King-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. You can also find the bathroom that features a spacious vanity, walk-in shower and a stackable washer and dryer.

In the morning, we recommend taking a short stroll across Forsyth Park to The Sentient Bean for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to Bull Street Taco and explore their unique twist on tacos. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. After a day out, relax in the park and listen to the sound of the Forsyth fountain.

Excellent location for a great stay in an historic city. Strongly recommend the property as everything was a short walk away and parking was great.

Beautiful ,comfortable and convenient location next to Forsyth Park. Loved being on ground level and having a designated parking spot. Location, location, location. We walked most everywhere.

Amazing location! Having the private parking spot was nice. Almost everything we wanted to check out was walkable. Felt safe and had a great stay.

Great place!!

Great place to stay in Savannah, so close to somany restaurants, pubs, shops, snd beautiful parks. Katrin was so nice to work with, so quick to get back with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested in exploring Savannah.

Family trip to Savannah

Easy check in, clean, and good location for our family trip. Loved having assigned parking space as we left to visit Wormsloe Historic site and did a day trip to Tybee. A DOT stop is steps away and having the beautiful Forsyth park across the street was awesome. The park has two playgrounds which is great if traveling with younger children.

Only one spot to park in; two would have better since we had a second car. Pillows were hard, no blankets (we were cold), and floor hasn’t been mopped in a while. Our feet were dirty after walking around in the condo. The lamp didn’t appear to work so the living room was dark. The spot was fantastic! Right next to the park and parade was very convenient!

Lovely visit

Savannah is a nice city to visit. It is very pretty and easy to get around. There are plenty of things to do. I took a food tour and a bike tour. I walked all over the historic district and enjoyed good food everywhere I went. It felt very safe.

Brief stay in Savannah

Awesome location. Thank goodness for parking. My only recommendation would be to dispose of one of the ice trays and replace it. A blanket would have been nice also. Overall excellent stay and we will try to stay here again on our next visit.

It was ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment was ok. There was no end table on one side of bed, which was very inconvenient. There was no place to leave our suitcases except on the floor. The frying pan had burned on grease on the bottom which smoked while burner was on cooking an egg. Roku tv had extremely limited channel options.

A wonderful location. Parking was tight but do able. Maybe not for the huge trucks. Walkable to local sights. A few hangers in the bedroom closet would be a nice addition. Clean and pleasant with nice decorations.

So close to Forsyth Park

Easy access to Forsyth Park - right across the street! Unit was nice and the bed was huge and comfortable. Small kitchen but enough for a couple days stay. Super convenient to have a dedicated parking space. The only recommendations I would have is to have a bigger trash can in the kitchen and extra trash bags. Thanks for the great stay!

Trip with grandchildren

We could easily walk to several locations. Also,having a dedicated parking space was a plus for my husband. The kids had no problem with the foldout couch at night and the king sized bed was great for the "old folks". Savannah is such a beautiful city to visit and this rental made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Right at the top of Forsyth, and of course walkable to anything in the heart of historic, and beyond. Off-street parking is a big must if you bring a car. Easy check-in, and check-out, great communication, great value, and an adorable place. I graduated SCAD 11 years ago, and it was so nice to come back and enjoy my favorite city. Truly perfect place! Hope we can come back to stay again.

"Kitchen" was really a kitchenette without a dish washer, real garbage can, dining room table, preparation area, and a mini-fridge. No real space to work, so you cannot use this place to work remotely. Great location.

Cozy ground floor apartment w/parking near Forsyth Park

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was a comfortable location across the street from Forsyth Park. King size bed was comfortable and amenities were just what we needed. Small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Bathroom was compact with shower and stacked washer/dryer. Bar & stools for eating but we ate out most of the time. Plenty of eating options in the area. Walking distance or shuttle bus to get around within historic district.
